Called in to place an order. The guy that answered the phone was rude, and basically mocked me as I confirmed I was calling in to the right location. We’ve ordered several times from them, but based on this last conversation I’ll take my business elsewhere. Hopefully this gets to the owner so they can implement some customer service training.

We regularly order pizza from here. Today they told me it would be ready in 20-25 minutes, so I arrived and paid only to have them tell me it would be another 20-25 minutes more. It’s not the end of the world but it is frustrating. Great pizza! Try to improve the estimates given so people aren’t standing around for half an hour longer than expected.

Straight ordered a veggie Stromboli and get home in Hope Mills to find pepperoni and sausage in my food! Call restaurant and they were very nasty. It’s 8:30 and they close at 9:00 pm. They basically said it’ has to be the same day service. But they will be closed before I can get a Uber to take me. Horrible, Sad, and I’m pissed! No manager or owner on duty.

I stopped there for a slice of pepperoni pizza. It's been years since I had their pizza. The staff was friendly and the service was great. I have no complaints about my experience.

We absolutely love going to Brooklyn Pizza. They have the best NY Style pizza for miles around. We have even introduced other family members to it who have also fallen in love with it. Our kids love that you can get "giant pizza" here. We also like that you can order by the slice and know that you will be getting plenty. By far some of the best pizza we've ever had. Only downside is the seating and parking are both limited. But we don't mind picking it up to go.

I’m no Dave "El Pres" Portnoy but damn this pizza is the best thing that has ever happened to Spring Lake since Fort Bragg, maybe even NC. If you’re ever on this side of the country drive out of your way to get a slice or a pie. They definitely know how to make life better one bite at a time! Every time I order pizza here I enjoy it 10x more than I did the previous! I give them two thumbs up, 5 stars 10 out of 10. I’ll pop in for a slice grab a beer or a glass soda and thing about all the good things in life this pizza included!!
