Pretty disappointed in the service and the response to having a party of 10. I asked to split the tables and the response was no our manager doesn't allow that so it's a 2 hour wait for a bday dinner.

My wife and I are visiting family from out of state. This place was amazing. It had a nice gastro-pub feel and all their food was homemade and made from scratch (you could definitely tell).
My family and I were in town visiting and stopped in for dinner and I have to say, we had the best service ever. From the time we sat down to the end of our meal, our server Miranda never missed a beat. This world needs more of her positive, friendly and upbeat personality in it. Thanks for the great service.

The food was excellent! Burgers chicken tenders, tots, and chicken wings. It was flavorful. Juicy and so good! Only complaint was the saltiness of my fried pickles. They were crispy, not greasy, but too salty for my taste. I attempted to use the sauces to help mask it, but nope. We only ate half maybe, the twisted mozzarella sticks & wings didn't disappoint!! The young man that waited on us was on point!! He was professional, polite, and punctual with the drinks!!
Ordered a to go order went to pick it at 4:05, it wasn’t ready. Waited about 20 more minutes they brought it out we checked it and there was hair in the wings so I brought them back in and they said they were going to remake them finally at 5:00 I went back inside to ask what was taking so long and they had no idea finally just got a refund. The rest of our food is now cold. Very poor service, we should’ve just refunded the whole order.

My mom and I sat with Cortni today (4/7) it was our first time visiting bubbas and service and food was EXCEPTIONAL. We were looking for places that specifically had nachos, so we were really excited to try them, but they were unfortunately out today. We got the loaded fried for the appetizer and they were yummy. Cortni was so sweet and personable. We are definitely coming back and when we do, we will ask for her. Thanks Cortni!

Bubba’s is a sports bar with dozen of TVs and loud music playing. The music was too loud for me. The food took awhile but that is the norm in most places today because of short staff. This is not a criticism! I would recommend this restaurant because the menu is diversified and cocktails, beer are available. There were a lot of families enjoying their time together.
