This location is usually really good about getting my order correct, and it is normally hot/fresh when I pick it up. This time. I was pulled forward and when i got home. Realized i didnt get my double cheeseburgers :( It's usually warm when I get it from doordash.The workers are usually quite pleasant too. There were a couple times I went and they were a little rude, but I chalked it up to it being busy.
I went to this Burger King and orders a diet Dr Pepper. When I tasted it it clearly had sugar in it. When I asked the woman VERY nicely to exchange it for diet. She looked me in the eyes and said “that is diet” just straight called me a liar. I said “I can taste the sugar” she said “it is diet”. I’ll never go here again.

I placed an order online at 10pm and it told me 30 min later that my order was canceled. So i pulled up to the restaurant at 11pm to place the order and the lady at drive thru answered and said how may i help you, i told her i was here to pick up my order and then it was silence for about 10 min, so i pulled up to the window and no one was there, then i called and the same girl picked up to tell me that they were closed even though the website stated that they dont close until 12
Waited over 40 minutes for my app order in the drive thru. Girl keep yelling “pull them forward” for every car, there were over ten cars waiting for their food from drive thru. They were very rude. Refused to provide a receipt for me to do the real survey.

I went yesterday and accidentally messed up my order. I was dreading getting to the window and correcting the order. However, the lady at the window was so sweet and understanding. Then my food was hot and fresh. I was so shocked and promised myself I would write a review because kindness and hard work always needs to be recognized and rewarded. Bravo to the crew working yesterday afternoon.

Honestly? Had been going to this location for a little while. Then they started messing up my order on top of always having to wait an extra 10min for my mobile order in the drive-thru. Part of my order was missing and I came back to ask if it could be remade since... y'know.. now it's been a whole hour of me going home, coming back, and them messing up my order. Again. Nope, can't even remake the mess-up that was their fault to begin with. I don't go here anymore, don't recommend it to anyone. Got a $10 off coupon though, don't know if it's even worth that at this point.
