Food is always great but the employees are not friendly and all come off like they don’t care.

We stopped for lunch today. We had 4 orders for carnitas items. We were informed that the wait would be at least 18 minutes. Why wouldn't the workers stay ahead of cooking the protein? Also the female worker was too busy scrolling and texting on her phone, mind you with her gloves on that are supposed to be part of the sanitizing process.While we were waiting, we went to use the ladies restroom. First , a male employee came out of the ladies room. Then I felt sorry for an elderly lady who came out of the restroom before us and she mentioned that there wasn't any toilet paper. I ask 2 different people to address the problem. When a worker finally went to look at the problem, all she did was change the trash. I finally grabbed some paper from the men's room for my granddaughter because she couldn't wait any longer. We finally got to order, enjoyed our food & left. The food is always good. I'm visiting from out of state and only go there because the grandchildren love it. I feel like the management in this location need to step it up and train these employees to do better!

Went in today to get dash order and they made a mistake and said they couldn't fix it. They luckily did but the attitude and the hateful way they talked was not ok. They need a new manager and team and fix there attitudes.

I normally place my orders online and when I get there to pick my food it’s like I am invisible to the staff. It will take just a few seconds to get me out but they choose to keep me waiting for no good reason, if you are busy tell me “I will be there as soon as I can, give me a minute… “ something. Also I am getting tired of old chips, the food is expensive and I expect fresh everything!!!

The food looked fresh and delicious and well presented on the commercial. I ordered the burritos bowl. I was disappointed in the presentation everything was mixed together, including my sauce guacamole, yuk! What?

I have rediscovered I can eat here again, well for the moment. They have been awesome ?. Today not so much, our bowls were half full, so make up your minds so I know what to expect. I still love the pick up and the staff is always awesome, they were a bit frazzled Friday. Smile more at your staff they are giving you great service, let them know please we do appreciate them.Dietary restrictions: Strict Gluten Free
