New Young lady helped me immensely because so much on their menu she made several suggestions and they were spot on, She was friendly bubbly and very patient with me. Thank you Angelina. I will definitely be back for lunch.
The absolute worst service and food at this place. Cashier acted like we were bothering her by being there. Food was nasty. Will not be returning.

Very disappointed. We have always loved this location but our last 2 visits have not been very good. Food was not good. Double hamburger very dry and hard around the edges. Chicken strips were hard as a rock very overcooked. No seasoning on the Cajun fries. Not the standards they use to be.

Went thru the drive-thru, and the guy seemed in a rush, didn't listen to our order, and got it wrong. However, was nice enough to admit his mistake and remade the milkshake that was wrong.

Whenever I'm craving a milkshake, I do whatever it takes to get 1, especially if it's from cookout . They put the little red-headed girl restaurant across the street frosty to shame . And I'm not going to mention weiner works milkshakes. That's all I got to say about that,
Food is good and priced fairly. There is a great selection of delicious milkshakes. Drive thru only so no atmosphere but service is generally quick,friendly and efficient.

It’s such a hassle to get an order taken here. The ordering system should be upgraded or simply fixed. The static, low volume and the mic cuts out like an old Verizon commercial. There are multiple options to order your food with the dual drive thru and the walk up window. Food is great. Since it is a busy location, it tends to be fresh. Overall. Come here and take the walk up window option.
