Usually I stop in about every other week. The food is good but my only complaint is their ordering system. Seems like a business that relies 100% on a speaker ordering system would spend the money to upgrade to a system that is fantastic, not just mediocre. One can't understand what they are saying and the return audio is so loud it will drain your ears. My biggest complaint. Cookout has the slowest line in Fayetteville except for wiener works or maybe it's a tie for first place.

I got food poisoning immediately after eating. I don't normally make reviews. The first time this happened I thought maybe I just got yesterday's left overs. Because the pork was dry and smelled strange. Now this is the second time and it makes me wonder what that guy did to my food, my man left me , I stood watching and saw the guys looking at the windows then one left his station walked over to the guy making my order put his hand over the container then he turned around and went back to his station . If I die this place poison me!

Even tho people on IG be bashing this place. I just went there last night a got a nice and cold milk shake. It was awesome. I feel like people give bad reviews just cuz they had a bad experience... I feel like if you have a problem eating at this Cookout maybe you should stay home and cook... Cookout is the spot when you are hungry but tight with money...

Why are your employees more worried about checking their phones than taking care of customers? The dude in the white sherpa jacket checked his phone 3 times before he took my payment... but didn't check to make sure my order was right once. (It wasn't)
Cookout I was one of those quintessential southern experiences. The food's inexpensive and it really does have that charbroiled flavor. The menu is crazy. The intercom always sounds like a hot mess. Kind of like two pterodactyls fist fighting on the other end. Milkshakes are to die for. This a cool place to go.
Took the drive thru today and was greeted by Mercedes, whose demeanor and patience would put Chick-fil-A to shame. Wish the cookout in Sanford had someone so poised.
