Hey not to trying to complain but I've ordered here multiple times with decent customer service. Just my pizza was soggy on different occasions and not cut through most of the time.. I brought it to the attention of a couple of staff members and they said they would try and not allow the situation to happen again. Even though i have been through it times before.. Great pizza when done right. Ive stopped ordering recently due to this.. Im only requesting now with this measage to hope for some compensation rather a pizza or something.. Again I try not to do this as im not here to hurt or have mt words affect any employee.. Just though I'd send this and see what you all come up with.. Thank you and would love to have you all take care of your customers. Thank you

We love Dinos, being from up north it’s hard to find good pizza down here.. if you know, you know! Dinos is easily the best, plus the service is always fast and friendly. We order here regularly, it’s quick and easy online and the coupon specials are unbeatable.
Do not order anything but pizza from here Also delivery drivers get lost food is always cold. I have also been double charged.

I came to this pizza place for the first time. I ordered a supreme pizza and a cheese pizza. My order was ready in about 15 minutes, the customer service was welcoming, and my pizza was one of the best that I have had in a long time. I'm definitely going back soon.
Man when I say I'm truly disappointed with what I received from Dino's pizza I was only barely able to eat one wing I couldn't take it back because I was at work when I checked my food

Driving home from the movies on McArthur road around 1025 whoever was driving couldn’t wait behind traffic which was only two other cars.Crossed over to pass them and almost hit me and my son head on with the Dino’s light illuminated. Call the store and talk to the manager who could care less.“Sorry about that. I’ll talk with the driver have a good night.” One second of being impatient could change the course of multiple lives and the company could care less. I will never buy from this company and I’ll make sure I tell everyone about the carelessness of not only the driver but also the manager who runs the establishment.Have a good night.

I got chicken wings They were so disgusting. I had to continue cooking them when I got home in the oven and they still were nasty . They only had 2 flavors which is red flag . Buffalo had no sauce on it as well .ughhhh I’m so upset I wasted my money . So nasty I hope I don’t get sick . Do not get the wings!
