This location has its days. Depending on who's working, depends on how fast you'll get your order. Some days it's pure chaos, others it's smooth sailing. If you know who's working before ordering, it will help you. (I look through the windows, as I have a pretty good guess as to who the problem is). They have recently hired an entire new crew for the most part. So, its much better than it was. I prefer a different location overall, but this one is conveniently located for schools & work.Parking: Very limited parking. If you park in the dunkin lot, you're most-likely going to get trapped in by the drive thru line. The bank & steak house next door also have lots to park in...these spots are much easier to exit.
I pass by two Dunkin donuts to get to this one every day before work. The service I receive here is always amazing and I have never sent a drink back because it was incorrect or tasted differently. This morning, In particular, I received exceptional service by the drive-through cashier, whose name I believe was Fauseah (she had a New York accent) She was attentive, very nice and patient. While this Dunkin is definitely not convenient for me It’s worth the drive!!

If it wasn’t for Beth I wouldn’t come to this DK I order the same drinks at least 3xs a week and she’s the only one that can make it correct I would definitely give her 5 stars! I’m probably going to start going back to Starbucks and pay more money for a better drink when she’s not

I go here to get my coffee and food now. The one on Cliffdale and Raeford Rd cant get my I order right. The new one on Cliffdale the coffee is never fresh. Ordered 2 cups today and it had a burnt taste.
