Decided to try them out for the first time tonight and instead we left with our son having a black eye. An employee knocked over a picture frame off the checkout area into our booth. The picture frame caught my sons eye and scratched the skin open. Our waitress and the employee never once acknowledged the incident even though both saw it happen. We asked for an ice pack and they brought us a cleaner rag with ice in it. It was soaked in so much cleaner my son said it burned. They never offered a solution or apology. Did not even offer to comp my sons meal that he unfortunately did not want to eat after the incident.

The time the restaurant has posted at the door is not accurate with the kitchen. So I honestly don’t understand why you have your doors open if you have what you sell close. I arrived at 9pm (to order something to go) and they look at us like crazy and told us that the kitchen was closed and they have nothing to serve us.

I’ve eaten here a few times. The service is always great and the staff is friendly. My food wasn’t horrible but not the best. The carnitas were extremely dry as well as the rice and beans. I would come back but would try a different type of meat.
