I Ordered takeout for my birthday and I waited a long time to order from them and guess what? A BIG letdown. They forgot to put my favorite slice of chocolate cake which I waited 2 years for due to diabetes as a special treat for my birthday which they ruined. They called up as soon as the Uber driver dropped off my meal per usual and the girl was unapologetic as usual, with no manager involvement as usual, and this truly will be my last time ordering from such a poorly organized, non-caring, and run restaurant at least with my experience over the last 10 years when it comes to takeout. They are constantly forgetting something to pack or the wrong order! This establishment was a gem back 20 years ago, but whoever they are hiring can't seem to pack takeout orders to save their lives in the last decade!!! If you order from them, expect something missing or wrong 90% of the time and a call back saying you need to come back for the missing item once you are home. They just don't give a damn! Well, you lost me as a longtime customer since 1999. God bless

What can be said about this place it was fantastic, the atmosphere was great. The food was hot fresh and delicious. Zach our waiter was fast and kept our glasses full. He was amazing & knowledgeable about the menu. Can't wait to go back. We had steak stromboli & brick oven pizza Pina colada delicious ?

This place is THE BOMB. I recommend this place to all my friends and they all love it!I had the shrimp parmigiana and the chocolate cannoli this time around and it was just chefs kiss. Great place for a family dinner. This is our go to takeout place too. Absolutely love everything about Elizabeth’s. Their chefs deserve some recognition for this AMAZINGGG food.

Was really disappointed eating here 2/16/24. We ordered: original bruschetta, egg plant parm (with side salad & Italian dressing), chicken parm, and a melon ball cocktail. The bruschetta was honestly just bland, old, watery tomatoes on dry toast. No flavor. No balsamic vinegar or olive oil. My cocktail was simply neon yellow liquid w/ no garnish or fruit or any frills. It also tasted like just juice. The salad looked & tasted like something from a hospital cafeteria, with obviously bottled Kraft yellow "Italian" dressing. Our main dishes arrived and were also underwhelming & super bland. Our waiter was kind & attentive, but we could barely understand a word he said. I asked my husband if he wanted dessert & he was like, "Honestly it's probably something from a freezer from Costco they bring to life. I'd rather get Sonic for dessert". So we did . We are new parents and hadn't been on a just one-on-one date night dinner in, idk, 16+ months? So this was a big bummer. Lesson learned. Don't go to Elizabeth's Pizza for nice Italian food or pizza. Hit up Luigi's or Antonella's downtown or if you want dope pizza, Mellow Mushroom always hits.

They had to make it taller because they couldn't get wider. It was fresh and hot. Salad was bomb , calamari kind of bland but it doesn't have the unwanted seasonings and fillers like a restaraunts have. The presentation was great.we got ravioli. The ravioli wasn't the best quality but there was a lot seafood inside. Salad was fresh. And waiter was on time.

This is typical Americanized Italian food, very much like Olive Garden. In other words, it is not like real Italian food at all. I have been to Italy three times in the last four years so I know what good Italian food tastes like and this is not it! In addition, it was on the expensive side especially when compared to other Italian restaurants in the area. They bragged about their bruschetta and charged a premium price for it, but let me tell you, it was the worst I have ever had. Completely flavorless and I feel sorry for someone who gets this and thinks this is what real bruschetta tastes like. The atmosphere in the restaurant was not real comfortable and it was actually kind of cold; a little more heat would have been nice. In summary,if you want authentic Italian food, try somewhere else as this was low flavor fare designed for the mass American market.
