We wanted to go to Luigi's, right next door, but they were booked solid and so we figured we'd try Fazoili's. The prices were about $10/meal, but the food was no good. I don't think anybody in our group was able to finish their food and I don't recommend this restaurant.

The fazolis in our home town closed 2 decades ago. It was great finding one with my wife and remembering our younger years. The food was better than Olive Garden at least. The prices were awesome. The facility was less than favorable or clean.

First time in this restaurant. I picked up an order of baked meatballs and a slice of Italian Cream Cake.I was tempted to order from a variety of pasta options. The group of women ahead of me all ordered from the luncheon special and every dish was well presented and quickly prepared. The restaurant had an excellent staff that were efficient and friendly.

I haven't been here in over 15yrs! I didn't wanna cook after work, Stopped by for baked ziti! It was good, but the sauce was too salty! I wasn't the only one that thought so either!! The bread helped mask it, but water was necessary!! We had lasagna, ziti, chicken wings, and loaded spaghetti. The service was stellar, until the lil rude chic that brought our food to the window! She clearly didn't wanna be at work! She was a short younger female. The other two were older and so polite! This one had an attitude, and I made it worse by asking "is everything in here?" It was alot of food for one bag!! It is kinda pricey, but convenient and not bad pasta on the go!!

Make sure the cashier doesn't forget to ring up any discounts because if they mess it up they will not give you a refund, they will not compensate you, they will not even give you another item for the same price that they forgot to take off your receipt, Then when I asked for a cup of marinara sauce they proceeded to charge me and I stated that was very poor customer service since they are the ones that forgot to give me my discount. Either they are hurting for business and money, or procedures are not being followed and nobody's following the same standard procedure or they have horrible standard procedures. I've never had an establishment that forgets to ring up your discount that has not given me a refund.

I used to go there all the time. They got rid of the tortellini meal that I used to get?. Today was good. They didn't bring out the Parmesan like they used to but the food was still good. You always get a big portion, I can never eat it all. Cashier was friendly also.
Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had a very large last-minute order. They are complete Angels! They also made sure I had plates, etc. Even carried the food out with me!Grandkids love Strawberry Italian Lemonade ?Budget friendly for a large family like mine.
