Image of the Firehouse steak and cheese is deceiving. Don’t know what mystery meat it was but it was not steak. Took it back and was told it looks like this because we steam our meat, well then make sure the picture reflects grey looking steamed meat not grilled.

Went there to order. When it was time to pay, they stated they don't accept my card(Chime Bank) I said cool. The manager stated "Yea none of the stores accept it"!Meanwhile I did online order for Glenford Drive with no issue. If you don't want to work...say less!Parking: Very tight parking.

So, we just left the firehouse sub store in Fayetteville, NC (Walter Reed) and they said that the system is down for the "Name of the Day" subs (Nicole)! #Disappointed

It's one of my favorite places to eat because they give back to all the first responders, not just the fire departmentsKid-friendliness: They have little plastic fire fighter hats for the kids, and I think they have some high chairs for the real young kidsWheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair accessible spot in the sidewalk by the front entrance. I just wish they would put one by the side door

OMG, catering order gone great until no pickles that were to be included and not enough salad dressing for 50 people. All subs and salad were delivered fine and on point +#1. Until we didn't receive any pickles (included with 4 sub splatters I ordered) And 3 Salad platters with enough dressing for one barely. Asked delivery Firehouse staff to go back and bring back undelivered items and never showed up or called! Called restaurant and spoke to said manager. She claimed pickles were no longer included and best part was that if they did put them on the side they would turn BLACK! I can't make this up honestly. These are not avocados they are brined pickles that could survive an apocalypse people! She also said we got dressing that was enough which is absurd. (5 1/2 cups for 3 enormous salads) I hung up at that point cause she refused to do anything at that point not to mention I couldn't handle no accommodation what so ever. I like Firehouse and give all good reviews so far but whoever works at this location needs some serious management skills. I won't order from there again and hope you regular patrons don't get any black pickles any time soon:)

This is my fav place to go when I am at work, since it is the closest. I love ordering from the app so that I can go in and pick up.

Skimpy ingredients, barely any meat. They used to be such a great meat to bread ratio.

When I am paying over $10 for a sub, I really want the freakin pickle. They always neglect to add the pickle if you order carry out.

The food was horrible, I could not eat it, and I was not able to go back and exchange because I had to get back to work.
