I have been coming to Fullers all my life. I am here now (3pm Saturday.) the picture is a support close to the front door and the size of an average table that we was directed to. My wife and i like to eat side by side. I asked for a different table in one form or another three times. She asked how many was in our party I said three and she put down at the table and I asked for a larger table she says that's our average size and it will sit three. I said we are not average people. I said it'd be nice to sit beside my wife to eat ,she again said this table is fine I let the third time slide asked my wife to sit down and said to The Host i said okay I guess I won't sit beside my wife.This bothers me. But for the sake of my wife and mother in law I'm being chill. But the customer in this case wasn't wrong. I kindly asked for my family to be accommoded and i waa refused, the server said she was doing me a favor by putting this closer to the buffet bar, which was not a consideration, as it was being comfortable at the table with adequate room. In this economy you'd think people listen better. I've never had this happen when Adequate seating is available. I guess i forgot my place in this world.

Buffet style restaurant that's better than similar buffet. The manager was actively directing the staff to keep food items stocked and tables cleared.
Just left Fuller's BBQ on Eastern Blvd. Server service was terrible! I'm normally very sensitive and considerate to the hard work they endure especially in a heated environment resulting in my leaving a 50.00 tip or more. But today's experience I had during lunch was awful. Instead of a tip I left a note.I sat there the entire time eating my meal as I watched them check on other customers. I even tried to get the one tall lady attention dressed in black but I guess she didn't see me waving at her because I wanted a straw for my glass of water. She continued to go to other tables asking if they needed anything.There was even another guy who was also alone came in 15 minutes after me and sat down behind me and from a far she asked him was he good but he must have been a regular because prior to him coming to the back where I was sitting they ( the tall lady in black) were having a conversation. Yes I could have just tried to get her attention again but at this time I was done with the meal and a little frustrated. .. lessons learned.. however; the meal that I got from the buffet was good and I'm glad everyone else had a better experience.than I

I'd always heard about Fuller's but I tried it for the first time on Thursday, 03-07-24. It was some much needed comfort food after a funeral. It made me reminiscent of family dinners at Chason's many years ago. No long wait when I entered right after 3 pm. The restaurant wasn't completely full but busy enough. My server was pleasant and checked on me often. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly. Looking forward to trying the other location the next time I'm in the area.

Definitely a hit or miss, but the food wasn't bad! It's cheap compared to a lot of other buffets. I would recommend coming here every once in a while.
