I went to drive through. That outside environment was safe in good area. But they(as a lot of other fast foods places) could show more hospitality to customers. Most don't say anything of, "Thank you for coming to Hardee's, come again". They just hand you your bag or/and drink(s).

I went in for a Stake & egg & a staff member came out & said no more Stake biscuits. I said ohh no, that's what I came in here to get. Cause I don't eat pork. She said , well I have one more left, and it's yours! I went & Thanked her & gave her a big Hug. I saw an old friend I met years ago from Wendy's, now working at this Hardee's . We were both so happy 2 C each other. This was my first HUG for the day, at this Hardee's. Both ladies made it Special 4 Me! I have liked Hardee's from a child. When it was hot dogs & burgers mostly. My Dad worked at one for his 2nd job, when he was still in the Army. I just turned 60 a few days ago. So Hardee's has been here most of my life. Way to hang in there Hardee's!!!

Their chicken is a hidden gem not all Hardee's sell it. Definitely worth it. The sausage ànd gravy biscuits are the bomb.

Got our order completely wrong even after repeatedly saying what we wanted and it was on the receipt. Found multiple pieces of plastic inside of vanilla milkshake. Will never go back to this location.

Seems to be a quite area but the manager working tonight is not understanding that I had to drive 8 miles back to this location to return cold chicken tenders that's been sitting underr the heat lamp for hours. If only the food was fresh..
I arrived at the drive thru not long after opening. The drive thru attendant was courteous and informed right away that their would be a 4 minute wait for one of my items. My order was brought to me hot and as instructed.
This place has employees with bad attitudes and is never open on time only the days they get the food trucks they are open at 6

Went in to pick up an order stood around roughly 7 minutes nobody acknowledged that I was even there and finally walked up set the order down and walked away. Not one word. ASSUMED it was why I was there... it wasn't for me but I will NEVER order at that
