We had the #1 combo (burgers, fries, Diet Coke).The burgers were very good.The krinkled fries tasted a little stale.Diet Coke didn't taste good.It's disappointing there is an upcharge for adding an extra lettuce leaf or adding a slice of tomato. Seriously?!? Will Hardee's report the reason for low profits is because it occasionally gave away an extra lettuce leaf or an extra tomato?

Ordered a Super Star meal and it was just thrown all over the place as in messy burger with no presentation like you see on TV. As a matter of fact, my lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle were on the bottom of the bun and not the top! Also ordered a cinnamon roll by the time I open my bag. I realized it was hard as a rock. I’m thinking, apparently either sat under the light too long or they put it in the microwave. Either way, I was not happy.. I expect to be happy paying over $15 for a meal will be contacting management for a refund.

Services for morning and night shift was BOTH BY MOST THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD . For breakfast I just simply ordered French toast sticks with a fountain drink . Sweet tea ( which was my drink ) watered down not sweet enough … French toast sticks was cold and nasty . Asked for them to recook my food fresh it still came out the same way but extra hard . Then when lunch came around I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger but WITH NO CHEESE EXTRA TOMATOS EXTRA LETTUCE AND EXTRA ONIONS . They failed to pass that assignment had to send it back definitely cause it had cheese on it and with one small Piece of onion like be for real then I wanted it refresh off the broiler but it was cold too . I just ate it cause Hardee’s kinda too expensive to not have your food made right .

It's a great Hardee's restaurant. The shift manager and staff greet you promptly on entry and are very friendly and accommodating. The manager realized that I was a vet and gave me the military discount to make my day. ( Thanks for the great friendly service. )Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

The few times I have gone through the drive-thru in the past couple of months, the employees were AWESOME and the food was freshly prepared. Everything thankful that this restaurant has these qualities! I will be back!!

I was in the drive-thru and was asked to pull up to wait for my order. There was nobody behind me. I said to the employee that I didn't need to pull up if there was no one behind me, did I? He said "this is different, we're asking you to."There was already a vehicle pulled up in front of me waiting for their order.I suspect this is a way to beat the system and make it look like they are processing orders faster than they are. So between the dishonesty of that and the attitude that was shown to me, I will never return to this location.
