Ordered chicken and waffles, as well as the French Toast and mimosas.Chicken and Waffles:4 pieces of unseasoned chicken atop 3-4 small waffles you can find in the frozen section ( eggs grab and go liege style maple waffles). $15French Toast:It was lightly buttered and toasted bread served with 2 thin slices of strawberry, thinner than a penny. $12Mimosas:My counter Pat liked it, but would not return for more. Served in a tall thin glass and looked nice…for $3 and not the $10 on the menu.We did not go to the rooftop. Counter part is the foodie, but the consensus was D- .

Beautiful restaurant. Casual, welcoming, and great food. The drinks are solid too. It's subtle at the entrance but it looks great. If you live in the area or are visiting and haven't hung out on the rooftop, you're missing out. Definitely bringing the wife back here.

Our food came out half ready. We ordered three plates of the French toast, the chicken and waffles. our French toast came out without the eggs or the bacon, my chicken and waffles came out without the side or any of the sauce when we asked about the rest of our meals we were informed the kitchen was just closed, but we were not informed that before placing an order. Everyone was kinda rude and short like they just wanted to go home and we were inconveniencing them. We did come in a little late about 2:20 but weren’t aware that there was a separate brunch hour as we are from out of town and google just says 6. It would’ve been really easy to tell us when we arrived, that they were closing soon, were out of certain items, or were unable to take our order. L. However, the waiter was very very nice and when she came to check on us and found out she did comp our meals. She was also very nice the whole time. But overall I’m not sure we would eat in again. Maybe order out the food was good.

Let me try not being long winded.I told my husband about this place(because I heard it was a vibe although i never been) so he could take his cousin who was gettin married last week. My husband told me that it was nice.Fast forward to today ?My husband & I went??♀️We were on the rooftop at 1:30 got everything we ordered by 3 & it was all cold!smhWe ordered 2 of the chicken & waffle, shrimp & grits (put emphasis on WE DONT EAT PORK & LEAVE IT OUT...They still added pork), steak (medium rare )& eggs (steak was well done), French toast plate,mimosas & jerk catfish.We didn't see everything we ordered(only steak & shrimp & grits) until we headed back on the elevator to leave!smhThe place has potential buts it's UNORGANIZED & They definitely lost 2 customers that don't mind dropping a bag?

Last night was my first time there. First, the staff were extremely inviting and attentive. At the time, I was informed that they also have Brunch as well. The ambience hit out of the ballpark for Roof Top Restaurant Bar and Lounge. Music was great before the DJ arrived however; my only suggestion to the music, tone the beat a little until the DJ get it going.The DJ then added that party feel. The drinks were worth the bucks. There were a smoker and non smoker section. The food was delicious and served promptly. Just need to add one or two vegetarian options for appetizers. The total vibe was great. It was great to see people of different ethnicity there. I have to try the Brunch to see if it's a jazzy Brunch. That would be great. I've been in the area a year and this place has surpassed my expectations for places in downtown Fayetteville.Parking: There is parking directly across the street.

OMG!!! I came to visit and when I tell you… EVERYTHING about Hay Street Kitchen & Rooftop was AMAZING! The drinks.. THE FOOD… the atmosphere…. The staff!!!! We were approached by Rayann, the manager, advertising and we stopped by for drinks and came back the next day because the staff was just so approachable and friendly! I got the jerk catfish and grits… MELT IN MY MOUTH!! The chef DID. HER. THAAAANG!!!! I have never had food that good at an up and coming restaurant like this! I will be coming by every time I come visit my sister!
