Normally the food is good, service good. Never had the tuna before but oh my, it was gross. Almost like a whole can of pepper was dumped in it. Blah not sure if this is normal but won’t do it again.

Terrible customer service this location failed to satisfy the customer after being proven wrong. The employees can’t read “giant” from “regular”. There was hair in the food, bugs behind the counter and ants near the juice dispenser. PLEASE CONSIDER A DIFFERENT LOCATION.

First time eating at jersey mikes, have to say not impressed. Food was expensive for what seems like a complicated way to get subway. Got a giant chicken bacon ranch, only received half of it at first had to ask for second half. The manager yells to the team member “to check and make sure that’s what he ordered” specified at the beginning of the process I wanted the chips and drink never got the drink had to go back and ask. Yeaaa first and last time, restaurant was clean though if you were wondering.

My sandwich was dry and they missed everything that made it a Philly. 2 people came in after me and got there food before me and it was over priced. Last time I ate here it wasn't terrible but still not good so I gave it another shot but nope not again. I was glad they had gluten free bread but even that won't make me go back.

Anytime I ever go to the one on yadkin road, it is always a great experience. I always go in, but this time I did a to go order. Joseph was really nice, patient, and polite when I had a difficult order. I appreciate his patience, and can’t wait to order there again!Vegetarian options: Vegetables were very fresh!
