The food is delicious but the service is terrible or at least it was today. I called it in, when I went to pick it up no one started it. Then the workers waited on the people on line that came in after I called in my order. Had to leave with no food therefore no lunch. Will definitely keep me from going back.

I love the food here and the quality of fresh vegetables. It’s been clean every time I’ve been here. Prices are slightly high for subs so I only come once every month or two. My only gripe with this place is the employees don’t seem happy.Vegetarian options: Veggie subs or saladsParking: Small parking lot but maybe 20 spots. Plenty for this location.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible for wheelchairs

Employee is disrespectful when told she got the order wrong. After repeating it 3x and politely being corrected on it, she decided to roll her eyes and run her mouth. I will not be disrespected. I will take my business elsewhere.

They make and send out the subs pretty fast, sometimes the bread is a little stale but it doesn’t bother me that much. Good service, decent sub for the price.

Over good service! I ordered a number 43 to find out the ran out of onions but still ordered expecting Mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños, and banana peppers. When I got home my Chipotle steak Giant had No lettuce or tomato’s . It was okay okay but would have really enjoyed it if they had everything on it. I typically avoid ordering close to closing shift but I ran all day for Prom, I was Starving … my go to is typically the Philly steak cheese, and last time I got all the trimmings….10/11- can I please get a quality Phillysteak like the first one. It could’ve been chopped and cooked a lil longer and I expected the banana peppers and jalapeño to be have chopped in and more peppers…she was apparently afraid to add the chipotle mayo ??♀️. I may need to change locations, the one off Owen Dr

Ordered a chicken sandwich and specifically asked for NO ONIONS . Unfortunately I wasn’t able to eat the sandwich. Took one bite and got sick. Customer service was great. Spent 13$ on a meal that ended up in the trash.I will try ordering again because Jerseys Mikes makes a delicious sandwich.
