I really like this location. Sandwiches are meticulously made and they spread out all ingredients over all if the bread ... no short cuts ... no globs of mustard and no meatless ends. Ingredients are tasty and fresh. I couldn't make a sandwich this good in my own home. This team are artists.

Normally I enjoy this place. The staff is nice and welcoming. However...DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.I placed an order for delivery, only to get a call that they "had no drivers" so I had to come pick up my food. Ok, no problem. But I still got charged a delivery fee... for delivering it to myself. If you never have drivers - as seems to be the case - disable the delivery option, unless this is the plan. Skim the fee off people while they pick their own food up.Disappointing. I won't go back. Simple enough.

I ordered off the app and got a call that there were no delivery drivers available. Okay? Call the SOS or corporate and tell them that so customers don't waste money ordering online. Didn't get my lunch or anything for the inconvenience. I will not be ordering from this place again.

Ordered lunch on the app. An employee who said his name was George called and said they had no delivery drivers today. I ordered online which means I have to wait for a refund. Maybe try calling corporate or online services and tell them you cannot offer delivery due to being short-staffed. $26 spent and no lunch. DO BETTER!

Very friendly service. I like coming here. The food is great too. I’ve never really had Jimmy John’s until I started coming to this one. This is a great place.Vegetarian options: The Unwich is a great gluten free option.

Very surprised to see how low this location has been rated in the past. Perhaps the other reviews are old and management has changed? I found the experience delightful. I had been living in Fayetteville for over 3 years and never tried Jimmy John's. I'm glad curiosity finally got the better of me! I have since visited twice, and found the staff to be courteous, pleasant, and efficient on both occasions. I'll probably go back weekly after this pair of fantastic experiences!

The place was unbelievable, they had no hair nets, no gloves on their hands and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in a day or two. When I tried to order I was hassled by the Indian lady at the register because she didn’t like how I looked. Once I was able to get my order in the food came out dry, the lettuce wilted. I asked for a refund due the state of the food and they told me to get out. Won’t be back due to service and conditions of the building, will be telling others.
