He told us Two people called out which I get can be frustrating from working customer service (I’ve done it a million times) but he should not be upset with customers coming in or throwing mini tantrums (attitude/punching the counter, throwing his hands in the air) because people are coming in to order.

This the place to be if you enjoy waiting for the male employee to get done vaping in the women's bathroom so you can pee. But hey, once he was done it smelled like a sweet minty menthol cigarette. But hey, the men's bathroom was clean so they got that going for them. I didn't eat anything because, ew.

I paid a total of 33.97 for my sandwiches. Everyone sandwich was drive. To have a sandwich with oil/vinegar and you don’t taste it at all (if you ask for extra you run the risk of being charged extra. The female that took my order tried to take my points for my food until I told her I can’t add my number for my points. She had it ring me up all over again so I can get my points. ??One of the sandwich makers was so nice and polite. He’s the only person that made my trip there pleasant.

They keep forgetting my drink and not crediting me for it on combo orders in their app. When I call them back they seem not to care that they've stolen money from me by not delivering everything ordered. This is twice in a row now that I've paid for a bottled drink and not gotten one (both curb side and home delivery).Also, their orders take over 90 minutes to deliver to a five minute away location... they seemed not to care about their mistake when I called in. Wouldn't be a big deal if there was less attitude on the phone and they corrected the issue. It's about time management steps in and corrects the poor service attitude on the evening shift--they've effectively stolen from me twice now. The subs are good despite the terrible service, but stealing my money by not delivering full orders (and not fixing it!) gets them a one star rating.

Today on Sunday May 7th between 1:30 and 2:00 pm approximately, I almost called the police on an employee at Jimmy Johns because he kept barking at my dog intentionally trying to distract her and was making the environment over stimulating!!! He would have been fined for it but thankfully he stopped and I didn't have to say anything and McKenzie and I could continue our public access service training while my husband was getting his hair cut and I was able to avoid taking the polices time away from more important matters. We then went on to have an amazing training session and she performed wonderfully everywhere we went. But that was highly unusual and unprofessional and I would never go eat here after that childish rude behavior! How could they let him keep doing it too? What's wrong with people???!!!
