I was wanted there because of my service dog. I have never been questioned at a restaurant like that. So I you love your service dog dont go there. He came to my table 3 times regarding my dogHe was quiet and sat still and the mangers even felt the need to tell me I couldn't feed my dog inside. DUH wasn't planning on feeding him inside. Nice menue choices and reasonably priced. No waiting and great service. Chose chicken wings and fries. I love there choices of sauces and preparation style.
Horrible experience - waitress with an attitude, manager who was no better. Waited and waited for drinks, food was delivered after 45 minutes and was cold. We won't be back.

First time ever at a Kickback restaurant and we were blown away!!!We ordered two appetizers and meals. We found out the appetizers were a meal. Our food was amazing! The atmosphere was so much fun, nearly everyone in the place was singing along to the music.Our total came to 87.00 and we’ll worth it. Our server was so top notch. She was friendly and never once left us waiting for her. So thank you for providing us with a wonderful experience all around. More restaurants could and should model after you. I bet you’re glad they don’tThanks again!

This restaurant is excellent. The service from Jordynn was fast and accurate, and the food was exceptional! The chicken tender meal was delicious, and some of the tenderest chicken I’ve ever had. Excellent experience!

The food was great and the waitress was friendly .... the downside is that she forgot to put in our appetizers. I reminded her and she said "oh you wanted those?", I said "yeah, but not of its too late", since like most people I want my appetizers before my dinner not with it. She said it won't take but a few minutes and sure enough, they came out hot and fresh followed immediately by our dinner.... They didn't have what it takes to make an Old fashioned, which is odd, but not unheard of, but then when we ordered a Shirly Temple for our daughter, not only did she forget about that as well but after we reminded her about it she went to the bar and they told her that "they don't make those anymore".... sprite and grenadine.... they can't whip one of those up, apparently. The bartenders were yelling at each other at one point, and every time I looked over there, they were either on their phones or talking. Which explains why it took SO long for 1 mixed drink and a single of scotch. Very disappointed and likely won't be going back even though the ribs and pretzel sticks were amazing!

Our server was training someone that night and although they both did great. We ordered some nachos for an appetizer and they ran out of chips and nobody told our server so nobody told us.. so when we just got our entrées we were a little sad that nobody informed us.. we could have gotten something different... but overall everything was good.
