The actual milk teas are the bestI’ve had in Fayetteville. The tea is strong and flavorful, whereas everywhere else I’ve tried in Fayetteville, the tea is more watery. Unfortunately, the tapioca pearls are *extremely* inconsistent. Sometimes they are powdery on the inside and sometimes they are mush—and you can get both in the same drink. And sometimes they are stuck together so they won’t come up the straw. I have rarely had a drink where the pearls were decent ?. And I have heard other people tell me they drive further to get a tea with better boba.Kid-friendliness: There are games for customers to play while waiting for their order.

Love the amount of options here, but I don't love how few options they make an effort to have available. They're always out of many things particularly popping bobas. One time I walked in and the board that had everything written they were out of had basically the entire menu on it. It would've been easier just to write down what was left.I've made the decision that if I walk in and they're out of mango popping boba I just walk out without ordering. If they can't keep their items in stock I'm not going to support them that day.

My first time I was trying Kung Fu tea. It's a nice place and has good service. I bought the mango slush and the taro bubba tea; they looked fine and well prepared, but they were not. The taro tea didn't taste like a good quality drink, it tasted powdery and it was super sweet. The milky mango slush came with some yellow things that were added to the bottom of the cup, some jello-like pieces, I guess, an imitation of mango, and again, it was super sweet that I couldnt even drink it. Both drinks have an aftertaste like honey, but it was overwhelming and super sweet, plus the sweetness of the bubba and the sweetness of the mango stuff on the bottom of the cup. It's not worth it over 30 dls for four drinks. First and last time there.

Great tea options and everything has tasted great. The service is always great here and the wait time is very minimal. I will recommend you stop and try their drinks. I will say the price per drink is a bit higher than it should be. ??Parking: Parking lot is always full due to a busy gym and a busy restaurant taking up most of the parking.

Worst place. When to get milk tea with boba. Customer service was horrible. Rude and not helpful at all. Place did not have boba. Was rude about it. My friend was ordering as well and cashier was unfriendly. That men in the cashier should not be in the front is mad.

My first time coming to this location was on 10/21/23. I placed my order through the app for pickup. We ordered 2 large Taro slushes with brown sugar boba wow, 1 large mango creamsicle slush with grape bubbles, 1 large Kiwi yogurt slush with brown sugar wow and 1 large passion fruit swirl with brown sugar swirl. The restaurant is very nice and clean. I was greeted warmly by the two (2) ladies working the front.I waited until it was time for my pickup order to be ready.I spoke to the young lady and she confirmed they were out of the mango popping bubbles and offered me the options for replacement. She made the last drink for me and nicely packed along with the others. They can be a little pricey with the additional toppings however, it is worth and they're very delicious.I would highly recommend coming here. I know we will order from here again. ?

I enjoyed my drink from here. They had various games you could play if you chose to dine in or while you wait on your order. The menu is large with many options to customize your order.

They were out of almost everything I chose, and basically said they didn’t know when their order would come in. So ended they didn’t suggest any alternatives and I ended up getting a drink that didn’t taste good.

We got 5 drinks and 2 macaronsThank you for the option of Lactaid/lactose-friendly drinks. The red bean wow was good, but get it in a large size because the ice, boba, and red bean will take up the space of liquid. You may want to ask for a spoon just to make it easier to grab the rest of the toppings in the end.Taro is a common boba flavor, so that was good with the pudding.Another common flavor would be honeydew that my kids like, but I don't think the franchise has that flavor. Instead they got the oreo slush, Pina colada slush, and strawberry slush. The best thing Kung-fu Tea has is the smaller sizes for kids and its a bit cheaper, so if they decide they don't want to finish it, the cost isn't so bad and the waste of product isn't the worst either. The 2 macarons, coconut and espresso were good. We favored the coconut and may try a different one to replace the espresso. It get crowded on the weekends, which we didn't realize since we go on a weekday if we don't want to make a drive to Queen Bee.Don't bank on staying in there to kill time if you want to enjoy your drink and play a game or two. The games are not complete (so much for the sign there that's says to handle the games with care.) A quick trip to 5 below can instantly replace those games.I know for a fact in all boba places, there are people who would like to try different flavors or are not sure which one they want, since it's a franchise and flavors and toppings can change on a day by day basis due to the crowd/inventory, I'm sure that's why it brings in customers as well. But that doesn't mean the cashiers need to stare you down but ultimately not be fully attentive when you order. This girl was probably either at the cash register all day, maybe the end of her shift, maybe they don't review drinks after it's said, or she got overwhelmed with the amount we ordered at once, but it seemed like she didn't really want to hear us. I did ask for a large for my drink but I was the first one to order and didn't catch that she put it down for a small on her little screen after I had ordered for my son as well.

Kinda dirty, noone cleans the tables. We ordered slush drinks all were not slushi, perhaps forgot to put ice? Hot coffee is served with a straw, so you can burn yourself. Was not a great experience..
