Very disappointed with how my food came out, missing pepperoni and they can't cut a pizza to save there life. My son worked for other pizza places in the past and he was not impressed with whoever made the food.

I ordered the new crazy puffs because I wanted to try it. Also, I figured that would be a quick drive-thru order. The young gentleman at the window was very nice. He greeted me with a smile, took my order & asked me to pull into a spot & someone would bring out my order. So, I'm thinking, "Okay, good, that must mean they have to cook it so it'll be hot." Almost 30 mins. later, no order. I go inside. The young gentleman at the counter mumbled a greeting, but no smile. He didn't even have on a name tag (I don't think any of them had on a name tag). I told him how long I'd been waiting. Another clerk explained that with pepperoni, it takes a little bit longer. I said then the guy who took my order should've told me that. Anyway, the one guy takes my box, walks to the back & returns with my order (& 2 sauces). No apology from anyone. Something told me to look in the box. There was only three puffs in the box & it looked overcooked (lucky for them I like my cheese slightly burnt). The customer next to me snickered & shook his head. I handed the box back to the not-so-pleasant clerk & said, "Really?" He took the box & went to the back. I sat down for a few mins. He returned & handed the box back to me. Again, all with no apology whatsoever. I was so frustrated. That's the first time I've ever had a problem with Little Caesars. I got home & got to thinking, "Hmmmm....no telling if he or they tampered with my food." But, by that time I was so hungry! So, before every bite I said to myself, "God got my back." ??

They had a sign at the register for a promotion but would. It honor it. The manager hid in the back yelling I don't care at the you g employee trying to show him the signage. Completely unprofessional refused to speak to the customer just stood there back
What a mess. The store is dirty and oily upon entry. The food takes too long, this is suppose to be fast food pizza ?. It seems the issue here is the employees… Until this place does a full 360, why even bother coming here! The food isn’t even that good!

I ordered 3 pizzas, and some breadsticks and one of the pizzas was not what I ordered. I didn’t realize this until after I arrived home which is 15 minutes away. I called immediately and explained that I was given the incorrect pizza and wanted to come and get the right one. In under 2 minutes the phone went through the hands of 3 people. I ended up on the phone with a so-called manager, who asked to explain the situation for the 3rd time. He told me to bring back the pizza and my receipt and I could get a new one as long as it was 80% there. I explained we had not touched it and I was on my way and if they could make it so I wouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes for their mistake. Mind you I called in the original order and drove and picked it up. He proceeded to take an attitude and told me they can’t make a pizza until I brought up the original and that I’ll just have to wait for it. At that point I said never mind, I’ll be up there to get a refund. At the store a different manager who was nice enough offered to make the pizza but by that point I explained the encounter with the other employee and refused the pizza also confirming that it wasn’t policy to not make a pizza until I arrived. This place has to many unsupervised, and rude young people working especially in the evenings. They need to learn much better customer service.

Staff is usually nice and pizza is consistent. They never have any "hot and ready" items available. I recommend ordering ahead *especially* around the time schools let out. It takes forever to get out of the parking lot once the Alpha Academy releases for the day.
