Let me preface by saying I’ve never left a review for anywhere, so this experience was BEYOND what I’ve ever experienced in terms of bad service. I waited 30 extra minutes after I was told the wait was only 30 minutes—so an hour in total—for there to be 1) NO AC in the building—the fans were blowing so fast to try to compensate, our napkins were flying off the table 2) once we got into the dining area after waiting an hour, nearly EVERY table was open 3) the music was so loud I had to basically shout to be heard 4) they were out of BURGERS which is just as dumb and annoying as it sounds and 5) I heard other customers walking out complaining about how unprofessional it is for a manager to be cursing in front of customers—not something I experienced myself, but obviously makes it clear management isn’t fit to run the restaurant. We ended up walking out without ordering, but we still tipped our waitress because I felt badly she was losing out on money after management had her wait an hour just to get a table seated. The poor waitress has clearly been struggling due to management, not to mention, how is someone supposed to make tips when they’re sending people away with an hour wait and all the tables inside are open? You don’t want to pay your employees a living wage then don’t give them any tables to even attempt to make money. The waitress was clearly distressed by the situations she’s had to deal with but has little control over, like working without having air conditioner in the building for instance. Just close already, this is just ridiculous. I don’t think I’ve ever walked out of a restaurant like that, and I’ll definitely never be walking back in another Logan’s. The menu is lackluster and overpriced for what it is. Also their drink menu is garbage, don’t know how they can claim they have a “full service” bar. Don’t waste your time or money and if you work here, I’d suggest quitting.

I can't tell you how the food was because I left due to inattentive service. The cleanliness of this restaurant was much to be desired. In other words, it was nasty. The hostess escorted me to my table at through the menu down and walked off without even any attention being paid to what I would like. I will never go back to a Logan's again. If I could give it zero stars I would. .... Update April 2024: I thought I'd give it another chance and brought my wife here. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. The food was lukewarm. The best thing they had were the loaded mashed potatoes. I don't recommend eating here. My steak was chewy and mostly inedible. Save your money.

I went to Logans with my son. If I could give a negative number I would. First of all the hostess had a crappy personality. The waitress acted like she really didn't want to be there. The steak was so salty. And they took it back 3 times and still didn't get it right. I have been a waitress and manager of restaurant. I will never go back to Logans and I will not recommend anyone going there.

Service was impeccable today! Thank you to our lovely server. Thank you so much!
We normally really like this place but today the service was terrible (think of how much personality a wet sock has and that was her), slow (They weren't busy ), and the food was burnt. Didn't eat it. Tasted like a piece of charcoal. $73.48 not including the tip. Family of 4. One child only got a baked potato. One app. Next time I want to eat charcoal I'll go to Walmart and buy a bag for cheaper.

The staff was friendly but the wait on the food was too long. I ordered the 12 ounce ribeye, it was overseasoned and the quality of steak was subpar. The steak was thin and chewy. For $23 I can buy a prime ribeye and grill. Just disappointed.
