I ordered pizza 1 hr and 13 mins ago. I was notified my order was otw 41 mins ago and I only live 11 mins from this place. Well I'm on hold trying to talk to someone, been on hold 12 mins and 17 secs and nobody has even answered the phone. I spent $70 on pizza don't know where it is and can't talk to anyone about it, am I wrong for feeling confused frustrated and extremely hungry?

I love the convenience of ordering online and picking the specials you want for your orders.Pizza had plenty of fresh toppings, crust was perfect, and and the taste was amazing! I love that they have green olives here! Takes the pizza to another level.

Hour and a half for delivery from 3 miles..ok. Driver didnt even apologize or nothing. You'll call them to get a " we are short staffed but your order SHOULD get there shortly." Also ordered diet pepsi and received regular. Lol wasn't going to wait another hour to get it replaced, so I gave it to my neighbor. Food was Luke warm. If you have a craving for pizza from this place, get carry out... but I think this will be the last time I order here again.

Highly recommend getting your pizza for carryout. Every time I order delivery (I'm 3 miles from the location) it is late and/or incomplete. As I type this, my pizza is an hour late. Called store twice just to ask for an update, no one would answer the phone. No idea if this order is even coming. The food is just fine usually, but carryout seems to be the only way of getting it reliably.
The pizza wasn't as good this time around, I never had any problems with the food, but this day wasn't their best

This is only my review I have not order or ate any Marcos pizza in months. The last time I ordered Marcos pizza was at Hesperia, California. The pizza was cold raw at some part and over loaded with sausages it was terrible.They didn't even make it right. It was missing cheese and tomato sause Me and my family was so disappointed. I called the store talked to the Marcos Pizza worker and she told me basically I cannot help you she was not going heat my complaint she told me to call the number on the receipt and it happens to be the stores number. You know what I had better days with Marcos but this time it might just be my last here in this particular store. Delivery guy is outstanding He deserves the 5 stars.
