At 7:05am on April 12th I met the most amazing team I haven't seen in years coming to this McDonald's breakfast was amazing and people were very friendly we need a team like this in every McDonald's for all shifts this how McDonald's should be always.

This store has the worst service I made an order a while ago and they didn't give me anything I asked for and I lost the money I called to make the claim and they didn't give me my money back today my husband went to pick up another order and they didn't give me what I wanted either. I asked but since my husband speaks Spanish they didn't listen to him, there are only racist employees and I'm going to complain wherever I have to because it's not fair

This is one of the worst McDonald's! Very unprofessional! While waiting for my food, a young lady came in to apply for a job. Since no one was able to speak with her, the staff told to come back. After she left, one of the staff members behind the counter thought it was ok make fun of the lady's appearance. Myself and other patrons were in disbelieve that the staff was being so nasty and cruel to someone they didn't even know (I hope the young lady seeks a job elsewhere). McDonalds should be a fun place to relax with your family or friends without negative vibes. I was already concerned about ordering food because the environment was not clean and they seemed upset with management (as we heard of that business as well). They were loud and rude. I couldn't understand why they felt the need to publicly humiliate another human being. PLEASE work harder to hire friendly staff who actually care about good service and the people within the community. With all that being said, MY ORDER was incorrect but I couldn't bring myself to go back in that place.

Embarrassed. My wife and kids were at the McD near Ireland Drive for Lunch recently and were troubled not only by shady looking LOL vagrants loitering in the store but by one of the male Kitchen workers walking around using profanity. He's a rather foul mouthed Black- man who Loves dropping the F-Bomb. It is embarrassing to some of us patrons that McDonald's hires such incorrigibles. I'd not recommend this location. Hire workers with manners not those conceived in a crack house.

I understand they were busy however there is no reason the fries should be soggy and not fresh with the amount of business at the time. Second if I choose to spend my money purchasing food for someone else down on their luck there is no reason management should tell a customer we don't do that here. The gentleman meal was paid for he is another customer at that point he should be treated with respect. Unacceptable do better people...............

Shelly and Lisa were so nice today when I went through to get my kids food. Both were kind and told me to have a great day! I haven’t experienced a positive interaction at any McDonald’s I’ve been to in the last few years so it was shocking. Please let them know they are doing a great job and much better than others!

This is one of the worst McDonalds. Staff was rolling her eyes the whole time, Manager was not any better very rude. I placed a simple order shake kis meal and they got that wrong by over charging. I bring it to her attention she smacks her lips and said no it's right. I asked for the manager (Shawn/Shon)he finally came over and said with an attitude there is a up charge for a bigger drink. I said yes I know but it's not $2.00. Can I please get help he then goes to the register and throws $4.00 my way to shut me up and doesn't even apologize. Horrible place and the fries were cold as ice, burger cold non of it was eaten. Waste of time and money.

After waiting an extended period of time for my drive thru order, it was missing a French Fry order. When I went in the restaurant to get the missing item, the manager interjected herself in the conversation with a very adversarial attitude. She was curt, rude and extremely confrontational. The manager angered me to the extent that I returned the entire order and requested a refund. The manager’s temperament is better suited for a prison guard not a retail customer service representative.

The Personal touch, has All but disappeared! Employees talk with one another, while waiting for You to decide to go to the kiosk to place Your order. Older people are still reluctant to use the kiosk, because of unfamiliarity and the desire to interact with real people. The fries are now coming out cold, or Luke warm; and sometimes tasting like grease. PLEASE put Emphasis on Customer Service!!!!!
