This used to be the only McDonald's I'd go to. However, in the last year, the food sucks, the service sucks, when I've gone inside, every table in the place was filthy . Your feet sick to the floors, trash all over the floors. The only reason we went here the other night was because it was late and we needed to eat . Nobody speaks to you . One night, my partner kept saying hello, and thank you over and over and the person just kept shutting the window on her in between handing stuff out. I've complained to managers time and time again about the rude service and cold food. The other night, the food was aweful. Hamburgers tasted like they had been in the bottom of a grease pit for days, fries were so bad because the oil needed changing and they were barly warm. The oil doesn't need changing every day, but it does need it every other day. I think they do every 3 to 4 days. By the 3rd day, the oil is so old the fries look like the potatoes are rotten brown and so greasy . I wish McDonald's would step back in the time how it was when I was younger and worked there. You gave great customer service or you were gone, they didn't precook dozens of hamburgers to sit in a plastic container under a so called warmer. It burgers were constantly being cooked so every burger was fresh and fries didn't get precooked and to sit and sit. If you were busy , you kept the fryer full until it slowed, they were not allowed to just be made up to sit around. Back to this store, it is to expensive for just 2 people to eat to be ignored, cold food and a nasty restaurant. Please make this McDonald's clean and a good place to eat again.

They will ALWAYS pull you forward even if you are just getting a cup of water.Biggest issue with this place is THEIR ATTITUDE!!! If they mess up your order they’ll argue and make it a huge deal when it was their mistake!!!

Went tonight and ordered a double quarter pounder and single quarter pounder with cheese meal. After being asked to park and waiting approximately 15 minutes for my food, the young lady brought out the food but there was no salt or ketchup in the bag. I asked her could I get some and she replied yes and proceeded to go back in and get it. When she returned she had 2 packs of ketchup and 2 packs of salt and a side of attitude; this was nowhere close to being enough. I said 2 packs ma’am? As she’s walking away, so I said I’ll just come in and get it, she answered by saying the doors are now locked and she walks away. I don’t know if this is how they train them now but her attitude and customer service sucks. I’ve been going to that restaurant since before she was even born and I and whoever else decided to spend their money there, deserves more respect. If it’s policy that they can only give a certain amount freely, that’s fine but let me know, I have no problem paying for extra if I want it. I train people for a living, if yall need some help training staff, I’d be glad to help. Do better, we deserve better.

Very clean, very fast and courteous. And I am homeless. So you know how they treat the other customers. Just saying. Also on the page it says dining room is open 24 hours it is not..hours Sunday through Saturday is 5am-10:00pm. Sorry to say I seen a roach o clean it up guys I was a manager for McDonald's when I was 20. I'm 58

I went there a few days ago. Ordered a double quarter bacon combo, the dr.pepper had almost no syrup and the fries were well beyond the seven minute hold time. They were cold, unsalted, limp and half filled. Wouldn’t give them to my dogs. Should’ve had them replaced. Waited about six minutes for food. Burger was ok.
Did not like the salt& pepper on my cheese burger was sold pepper chicken sandwich wrong chicken sandwich to much salt on little Fry's. Did not asked for vanilla shake with whip cream on it. Tasted like all whip cream stured in it .

Shout out to this McDonald's! For one, they know how to work a drive thru. They get people waiting in multiple parking spots so they can take multiple orders at a time, and the line moves quickly. Even during the most busiest time, I think the longest I've ever waited was 10 mins. And, for two, almost no one was there today, and they took the time to make a thick Shamrock McFlurry with a good amount of Oreo. Out of all the McDonald's in Fayetteville, this is the least disappointing one.
