Went there around 10:50 to get my elderly aunt some chicken nuggets. Pulled up to the speaker no answer so I pulled to the window. The 1st Window. Cashier asked me to pull to the second window. I asked her to open the window. I then asked her if she could drop the nuggets ,cause I really did not want to waite long being that laye at night. . I APPRECIATED the cashier For assisting me.

This location sucks. First my order is given to the wrong person and then I had to wait in the car only to get out and go in to complain to the manager and when I finally got my food the quarter pounder was over cooked. And also one of the drive- thru’s was not acknowledging me when I first got there. So disappointed. Not the first time something has gone wrong at this location. And the manager did absolutely nothing. Going to try not to go to this location again. They need better management & better employees

April 21, 2024 Sunday 9:30 am. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit at drive through. Got home to see that it is bacon, NOT sausage. I took a picture of it on cell phone. However, this location is SNEAKY. Their review page does not have it where you can post a picture to PROVE I got bacon instead of sausage. This McDonads at 1900 Skibo road has removed that download photo option or made sure their location cant do that. I still have the picture. I am now going to the corporation website to download it there.

Place was decently clean. Food was standard McDonald's food. Honestly, my only complaint was how absolutely slow the staff was. Additionally, and I understand I am talking about staff at McDonald's but man, I have rarely seen a group of people who hate their jobs so visably. Will not be back. Go to Biscuitville or Burger King or something.

Front of the store & drive the employees ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ very friendly and polite. However whoever is preparing food needs more training. I had to go in cause my food wasn’t right. The front did ask me to check and I did but at this point. What does it matter it still not right… it’s McDs ??♀️

I asked “May I have that order freshly made Please.” I was asked to pull up to the front door , I waited for about 15 minutes … and received my order and it wasn’t freshly made. The fries were to salty , and a few fires were undercooked and the burgers weren’t hot ?
This location has amazing staff and food quality.Today I visited this location for lunch. I was greeted with a smile, helped right away, and received my order relatively quickly. This team works well together and is led by extraordinary management.Recommended 5/5 by Melo.

One of the worst locations in the city service is terrible, it’s always some rude sassy person taking orders, and how can a 24 hour McDonald’s only do door dash and delivery at 3:00 AM like get this whole location together they take food back into the restaurant they make incorrectly which is by far the grossest thing I’ve seen I drive the extra 10 minutes to the other location to avoid this one like the plague
