Anytime I order ice coffee or ice coffee macchiato and ask and PAY for extra ingredients I never get it. But that's okay because 7 brew gives you more for less.

I know things happen, but every McDonald's I have gone to in the last few years has been very sloppy, messes up my order, or shorts me a sandwich and more almost every visit. I enjoy McDonald's food, but the service has gone downhill. I returned to the very busy McDonald's that I ordered from today. A smiling and very polite young man (with a nice, trimmed beard) in the back made eye contact with me and after I pointed to my bag and mouthed that I have a problem, he came right to me (very few people like this at McDonald's). I politely made my complaint, and a rude, smart-mouthed, very attractive, and very busy lady just told me that I ordered it this way. This angered me, but I checked out my receipt and tried to show her, but she wouldn't look at me. I assume she has issues with confrontation, so I showed it to the nice, polite man. He took care of me. Thank you, Sir!I reduced my stars for the atmosphere to three because of the rude, smart-mouthed lady, but didn't go any lower because the smiling, very polite young man. He is also why I gave this store four stars for service.Oh, I wish McDonald's would bring back the strawberry tasting strawberry milkshake also. Now it seems it may have a tiny swirl of strawberry in it and mostly tastes like a vanilla milkshake. I haven't ordered it since October 2023.I will keep coming back because I know, "This Too Shall Pass," but it'll stay bad if no one speaks up.Parking: All others are for curbside and other fast-track parking spaces. I think there's about 8 spots toward the back of the store. I still manage, though.

Went to pickup a delivery for uber eats and they were extremely rude. They tried to replace the customer’s Frappe with a vanilla shake with caramel topping and the customer didn’t want that so I went in to get it fixed for them. The customer stated that they wanted their fries replaced with hot fries and to change their frappe to a drink. One of the employees (an older black man with grey stubble on his face) was extremely rude and stated that it was my fault for letting the fries get cold, refused to replaced them, and accused me of digging in the bag. There was another lady on the headset arguing with another customer in the background telling her to mind her business. They were extremely unprofessional and will NEVER get any business from me. I knew Mcdonalds had a reputation but this really topped it.
Slow service in the drive-through, but the associates were fun to deal with.

Tried to get breakfast after the lobby was supposed to open. Staff refused to open the door. I have a commercial truck and could not use the drive through. DD gets the business this morning.
