The place was empty, it was almost 7pm and the waiter was desperate for us to leave. All the attention was in a hurry, rushing us, the food, the bill.... Everything.Another day I will choose better where to go to have a good time.

I called this location on a Friday to book for the next day for about 16 people for a birthday. The person who said they were a manager sounded shallow and was not willing to go above and beyond for a large party. Then 5 minutes later I get a call back from a male co- worker saying they couldn’t accommodate our needs but was actually lying for the “manager “ who was originally on the phone and I asked him if he was lying and he admitted to it. Anyways, ended up going to another location and the employees were much nicer than the people answering the phone at the Westwood Location.

Probably the best dining experience we’ve had in Fayetteville in quite some time. From the hostess, to the waiter and even the cashier. We’ve always loved micasitas across fay, but this one really tastes the best. Especially the salsa. We’ve bounced around locations but I think Westwood is where it’s at

This is a very different score than I expected when I first sat down. The chips were thick and a little stale, the mild salsa is pretty bland. The cheese dip is only one size, which is too small for a family of 4 and I didn't want to pay $10 for 2 of them. I was going to rate this place a 3, but the burrito azteca raised it an entire star by itself. It was fantastic. The spicier salsa is also good.

The food was not very!!! I got sick from the food with upset stomach, cramping, etc. What I paid for 3 people to eat dinner wasn't worth it. Very disappointed ? ? ? ? ?I don't recommend this location at all.

I wish I took a picture of my food, but I devoured it too fast. Absolutely AMAZING food. Staff and waiter were awesome- great service. Highly recommend their “Quesabirra Tacos”!

An employee there added a $5 tip to my To-Go order after the fact. Not going back to a place that tries to sneak $5 from you.

Went to Mi Casitas on 12/29 for what I thought would be a nice authentic meal but had a horrible experience the seating arrangements were just horrible in a mirror area where everyone was watching everyone dine which made me and my guest uncomfortable, the menu had a sour aroma of spoiled milk or wet mop . We started our experience out with a cocktail that was extremely watered down the waitress touch my guest straw with her bare hands and placed it in his drink which was very unsanitary, upon explaining how bad the drinks taste another waitress was sent to our table with a bad attitude claiming it was our alcohol tolerance which made us not be able to taste the liquor in our drinks, I find that comment to be quite offensive by her assumptions that we drink heavy ,she went on to say she was glad we could communicate efficiently as if we were going to argue about a low budget drink . The meal was basic I could’ve went to Taco Bell had I wanted runny food and globs of unmelted cheese on my taco . I will definitely say the quality of food and service has gone down at this particular Mi casitas I will no longer dine there again.. I will continue to go to some of the other establishments if I could give a negative 0 I definitely would . Reilly Rd, Raeford Rd and Hope mills Mi casitas know how to treat their patrons and the food/drinks are much better
