Ordered the highest priced plate they sell filet, chicken and shrimp with a extra side of rice. She gave me two 2oz cups for all that. I asked for two more for the extra rice and it was such a big deal. Ended up paying $1.20 for two more. It's okay to charge for extra sauce if that's how you want to run your business but it's the attitude behind. Don't act as if I asked to give it to me with no purchase. I always say I'm not coming back here and end up back because the convenience of the drive through window. On the other hand the lady running this place is hateful with no personality.

My fiancé and I went there last night to celebrate her birthday. We were greeted in an unwelcoming manner however we proceeded to be seated. After placing our orders, I noticed a whole hour passed and we still hadn’t received our meal. At this point I’ve realized that there were guest after me who had already gotten their orders. I made a complaint to the manager Tom. His attitude toward my concern was very disgusting. Once my food came 20 minutes later I made mention that the meal was room temperature and he pretty much told me to take it or leave it. He was very unpleasant not only to me but to the young server who attempted to actually help me. I once’s enjoyed this establishment but after encountering such disgusting behavior I will not be going back.

There’s a manager by the name of Tom, he is very unprofessional, very rude, and he seems to be racist, the way he talked to the only Colored waitress working the night me and my family was there was uncalled for, we had a problem with our food and our bill, and he refused to correct it, I have been going there for years and I’ve never experienced anything like I did this night. Y’all need to think and new management because he’s very unprofessional. I will never go back there, and I will be spreading the word.
