At this place the food is great, but their service is horrible, the Asians (maybe owners) scream at you… the young cashier (Caucasian girl) does not know how to greet customers nor say thank you, she’s as rude as the rest of the employees. My recommendation is just to order by phone and take it to go.

We went in & ordered 2 Steak & Shrimp & a Crunch Roll. We waited 30+ minutes for our order. At 1st we thought it was because they were busy. Somehow our order ticket got "misplaced". We were not the only customers waiting way over the average (15 mins) wait time to get the order. A couple of ppl had missing/wrong food from/in their order. The amount of food has gotten smaller as far as serving size (we got 6 medium Shrimp & 3-4oz of NY Strip steak cut up into chunks. It's not the usual Ribeye they used to serve. The Rice amount was pretty good though & the crunch roll was delicious). The food was good, fresh & cooked well. I did have mushrooms mixed in with my steak though I didn't order mushrooms so if you're allergic make sure to check your plate/s. They have a new soda machine with Pepsi products instead of their previous Coke products. When/If I eat there in the future & if things change I'll update my review. We traveled an hour to go, we arrived at 8:50pm. According the front door and online they are open until 10. When we went in we stood at the front and waited to be seated, we watched the bartender very loudly telling another customer he couldn't order. And we were just starred at by the bartender and another worker. Finally someone came to the front and told us that they were closed. The sign outside said open and online says til 10. But they had already had chairs stacked and made it very apparent they didn't want to do their job tonight. If I could give negative stars I would!

The worst experience. Over a $12 sushi roll. Server was no where to be found after the drinks and salads went down. Management/owners were very unprofessional. Waitstaff using the B word in front of my 3 & 4 year old. Will not be back and will not recommend. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

I have never been to this restaurant until today and after today, I will not return. I called my order in at 5:28 and was told 20 minutes. I went at 6:00 and my food was not ready. A young lady came to the window and called out an order that was not mine and then returned and told me that I was waiting on shrimp. We all know shrimp only takes 5 minutes to cook. When I asked for a manager she told me I had to wait. When I told the girl I wanted a refund she said ok. I then said could I have my food and the girl at the window said ok. Once my refund was given I asked for my food and the manager came to the window and said no food I already gave it to someone else. So not only do I have my food but I wasted an hour from 5:28-6:17. Don’t visit this place if you can help it. Go somewhere else.

After waiting almost an hour for my food, they forgot to put the chicken in my chicken entree. I called and the girl I spoke with told the manager I was calling about missing food. They argued about my call for a few minutes and I heard the manager say I was a liar and that they didn't forget to put the chicken in. I asked to speak to the manager. After I told her that I heard her call me a liar she said it was my fault for not checking the food before I left. She said I could bring the meal back and show her the chicken was actually missing and she would remake it for me this time only. I told her it was not possible to me to come back and basically said there was no other option. No partial refund or credit. The way the whole thing was handled was very unprofessional and rude.

Horrible service. Ordered food, because of traffic didn't get to the pick up window until an hour later. Then they tell me I'm gonna have to wait because they're out of rice, but only after I've already paid. Never coming back.

Amazing atmosphere, great food, and a nice selection of drinks. Weirdly we waited in the lobby for what seemed like an eternity because no one was there to greet us and/or get us seated. Also there’s no sign saying please be seated or please wait to be seated so… pretty awkward. Not welcoming at all. Downright confusing unless you’ve been there before (which we had not). It took so long for anyone to talk to us we actually started to find a seat ourselves when someone acknowledged our existence. Aside from that I recommend them.

Would not recommend. I waited twenty five mins to get cold food. I called and told them the food was cold . The lady said I’m not the only person ordering food and that I should warm up my food . Food dry and I asked for no mushroom. No flavor at all .The shrimp still had some of the peels on them at the bottom. Spent 40$ on nothing . When asked what could be done told me to bring the food tomorrow because they getting ready to close . I only stay 7 mins away .The customer service and food trash 0/10 Broccoli hard burnt and rice is overcooked

We took my daughter and our whole family to eat here for her 16th birthday. After we were settled in at the table they informed us that they were out of Ribeye but we could buy the fillet which was around $5 more per person. We asked to speak to the manager about the price and he said there was nothing he could do. How does a steak house run out of steak. They only had 2 cooks and waited over an hour for the cook to even get to our table. To add to the disappointment a piece of the ceiling fell and almost his a member of our family. First Yelp review I have ever wrote and they earned it. Worst place to eat ever. You would be better off going to McDonalds.

My family had a terrible experience here. We got there around 4:45 pm and was told it would be a 1 hour wait. We waited 2 hours and still didn't get seated. We were not the only party that left, 2 other parties left too. It seemed they didn't care of they lost business. Save your time and go to another restaurant!
