Went to get a lemon cake that cost me $40 d and it was way too sweet . Too much lemon couldn’t eat the cake . Waisted $40 on nothing cause we couldn’t eat it due to it being to much lemon extract .

Went here after bridesmaid shopping. Weren’t accepting the BOGO coupon at this store. Which is fine. Still bought cakes . Got home started eating one. Found a HAIR in the middle of it. A HAIR. I have sent customer service a message. Do they not wear hair nets while prepping these ?! Been to Raleigh locations. Never had this problem.

My husband ordered my birthday cake online about 3 days before pickup. When we received it we noticed the icing on the cake wasn’t piped to the bottom on the sides. The cake wasn’t wrapped in Saran Wrap. (We can’t remember if this was done before. If it’s not normally done, ok ??) Also when we cut the cake, there was a small section of white chocolate raspberry within the cake which is the flavor we ordered. So you only had a few bites of the flavor in each slice. You tasted more regular pound cake than anything else. Is this the new normal?

A friend husbands for Valentine’s Day brought her two cakes a peanut butter one and a strawberry one. I had the Strawberry one and omg I gotta tell you guys, it was the best cake I have had in my 60 years of life. Delicious.

The staff is rude not acknowledge you walked in. Just stare at you. The last couple times we have visited at least 1 out the 4 we get is extremely smaller and jacked up looking.I usually notice in the store and exchange it out but this time I missed it. It’s like half the size of the others. We won’t be going back

These cakes are the most delicious cakes. I don’t know how they make their cream cheese icing, but I think I’d eat it off the ground… it’s amazing. ? Do yourself a favor and stop in for a mini bundt cake. You will NOT regret it. ??

I wish I could give zero stars. Staff is rude and when you walk in they don’t acknowledge you at all. They’re too busy on their phones. The the frosting is way to sweet. The so called manager always smells like weed. I found hair in my cake and chunks of something in my frosting!

My little sister brought home the small individual cakes and they were delicious. Her birthday came up last week and she wanted a big cake from this place. We ordered it this time chocolate flavor. It was amazing so moist, love the frosting(by looking at the photo you can tell the kids started messing with the frosting lol) the place was really small cute and nice staff were really pleasant and all the cake looked delicious.

If you have to be out sick and you get the necessary documents that the boss ask you to get and you send them, and then she bees A and then she lets you go that’s not fair, so do not work at this location at all because the lady manager by Marissa plays favorites

Slim black guy smells like weed, cakes are dry the frosting is to sweet. I also found little chunks of butter in my frosting.
