I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The staff were amazing, checked on me every so often to where it was not intrusive but refreshing that they remembered. I ate outside and the area was clean and inviting. I truly recommend this place!!Parking: Plenty of space if they were to get crowded
VERY RUDE LADY that worked behind the bar tonight. This is not the first time that she was rude to delivery gig drivers and other customers. I walked into the restaurant towards the register to retrieve my order and she saw me but acted like she was so busy then attended to customers in my face and turned her back towards me while I'm standing there waiting while my order sat there. Then another girl comes in the front entrance and walks over towards the bar to pick up her order. She acknowledged her but only chose to acknowledge me when I started to look really angry and then was so petty by handing the girl her order first and telling her thank you while giving her eye contact but looked away from me upon handing me my order and just walked away while I said thank you.IF I EVER HAVE ANOTHER EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS AGAIN, I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE.

Not sure if they’re under new management or what but it’s HORRIBLE. Ordered to go and spent about $50 in total and one order was wrong, whoever made the drinks didn’t even give me the right drinks and didn't secure the lid and it spilled everywhere when I went to drink it so there’s a drink gone then they gave us frozen salsa…literally a waste of money. Worst part is they weren’t even busy. Probably won’t be back and it was our favorite place.

Dined here with a friend. I have a medical service animal. Have dined here in the past with no issues whatsoever. This time our server took our order from a distance as she was not wanting to be near my service animal who was quietly laying beside me as is normal. Our food came, the server placed our food on an empty table 10 feet away and told us we would need to get up and get our meals because she wasnt going to approach our table. We got up and left. On the way out I found the manager to explain the issue and he couldnt have cared less. Worst experience ever.

I went there 1 time, my first & and my last. Me & my young child went for dinner around 8:15pm. Absolutely horrible service. I never saw our server except for when she brought our 1 and only drinks and then the food. My food was cool and looked disgusting. I took 1 bite, and that was it. My daughter's food was actually warm & somewhat decent, even though it was made completely wrong. It took me 10 min to pick all of the peppers out of her nachos. We asked specifically for white queso with no peppers, and it came with their yellow queso with a ton of peppers. The server didn't even ask to remake them. I ended up sharing my daughter's dinner with her. The manager or some other employee who seemed to be in charge was literally yelling loud to all the servers about what they still needed to do as far as cleaning went. The last time we saw the server, she came to the table, took my "full plate" off the table without asking why the hell the entire meal was still on the plate or if I needed a box which I did NOT! Then, she drops the check. She walked away and then began walking circles around our table, waiting for me to put the payment on the check. Meanwhile, my daughter is still eating. It was honestly one of the worst, if not the worst, restaurant experiences I've ever had in my life! I do not and will not recommend this restaurant ever to anyone!!! This would have been a completely different review had the service been even at the least somewhat decent, and the food been made correctly, was hot & actually looked like what it was supposed to look like. Even then, it would have been at best 3 stars. The server, food, yelling employee, and all around stress i felt to pay the bill immediately ruined our experience with On The Border Mexican Grill. If there was a ZERO star option, that would be my review! If you look through all my reviews, I'm honest and respectful and give businesses a fair review. I'm definitely not being a Karen or a picky entitled little brat! I'm just letting people know about this restaurant and what they could possibly encounter if they go.

I ordered from door dash the stacked nachos and was very disappointed. The nachos tasted stale. Idk if it was the meat the beans or the cheese but something was stale on those nachos. They also put all of my condiments in one jar and only gave me a teaspoon of each. I’ve had better from them in the restaurant. I may give dine in another chance but with so many other options, I highly doubt it.
