Our Tuesday evening visit took longer than expected, especially given there weren’t many other customers. Waitress seemed in a hurry to make us wait - didn’t want to take our meal orders, kept forgetting to bring the bread, never refilled drinks other than water….Shrimp was strangely served on a half load of bread - I don’t know anyone who wants bread that is soggy with shrimp juices.Steak was good. Baked sweet potatoes were good.

When we came to the restaurant we did not have to wait. My server he was okay. It took our food over an hour to get to our table. We ordered medium ribeye bone-in. Came out mid rare. And the other one was rare. They took my steak back and re-fired it. And it came out medium well. And then they had to do a whole new steak. The mac and cheese came out cold. Had to take that re-warm it up. I didn't get to eat with my husband. It took a long time to get my steak on the 3rd round. Very awful.

Could not resist getting a Koala, last time i came i had a horrible experience. Total change, and the owner Aron was great making sure our service was on the ball...even saw him cleaning windows! Did not know he was the owner until i asked so i could leave a review. So satisfying to see someone working hard. Will be back!!
The food was good. But the waiter could be more attentive. Why would you come to the table right next to us and not ask if you need anything. Waiter and waitress need to understand that tips are based on how their customers feel about the service they received.
