Gotta give Panera Bread credit, new portion menu is a superb, (only I prefer the old whole pepperoncini peppers) but it was a very good salad and sandwich. There is a lady that works the counter - believe her name might be Ms. Rhonda (sp?) was so pleasant and friendly and made dining in so much better. I hope she doesn’t leave.

I have never gone to the drive-thru at Panera before and was a little concerned that it would be slow. Not at all! Food came out just as quickly as McDonald's and it was hot and delicious. The gentleman who was working at the window is very personable and friendly. It's nice to have a quick alternative to your typical fast food establishments.

Great stop for a mid-morning coffee and pastry or cookie. It's not all that busy and the workers are friendly. I also use this place for online ordering and have no complaints...the food is on time, napkins and utensils included.

The location is well kept and you can tell the employees enjoyed working in the environment as they were assertive and cheerful. I ordered the Frontega Chicken Sandwich and a Hazelnut coffee for dine-in. The sandwich was on the morderate side but enjoyable nonetheless and the coffee possessed a balanced blend. If you’re going for a kick of caffeine I recommend the extra espresso shot. The background music was appealing and there was plenty of customers in both the drive-thru and order-ahead parking.

I was there for a door dash customer. I waited so long that the app told me I could unassigned without a problem. The manager or supervisor was extremely rude. And told me there were customers in front of me. However, there was nobody else there. I get that I was just door dash. I was representing a customer and I was a customer until this treatment. I work full time for a local college and have frequently used Panera as a catering option. I will be rethinking that from this point forward based on how I was treated. That's not how you treat a customer. A simple acknowledgment that the wait was long and an apology from the manager would have gone a long way towards keeping my high opinion of this restaurant. She instead made the choice to completely treat me like trash. I will not forget this and I will tell everyone I know about this store and how I as a customer was treated.
