Horrible cheesesteak, barely had any meat, and tasted like steak-um from my freezer with no seasoning. Fries were cold and undercooked. Pictures show Cheez Wiz and cheesesteak did not have any.

Food was absolutely awful, I wont be going back to this place, seriously $24 for a tad bit of meat and some cheese slices. I really don't understand how these type of place keep customers. Never again! meat was undercooked and the whole order was a nightmare, people beware. 0 stars if possible.

Do not be fooled by the pictures. The sandwich has less on it than a sub from subway. Very over priced.

When I was 13 I went to a Black Sabbath concert. It was honestly really cool seeing Izzy still play. I’m currently listening to janes addiction. They are also pretty good.

My star is not based on the food because I never got to try it. I just saw a picture of it and maybe I dodged a bullet? I don't like to judge a book by it's cover but it didn't look appetizing. Anyway back to my experience. This is based on my Door Dash order. I needed to review this somewhere because I couldn't on Door Dash and I'm very upset. I ordered from there twice. First time my order got cancelled an hour after ordering. By then my options dwindled and we were left hungry and had to wait another hour ordering from somewhere else. Second time I ordered, 3 drivers quit, and 2 hours later they cancelled my order. Yes, dummy me should have cancelled it. If they can't fulfill my order, that's fine. JUST PLEASE LET ME KNOW WAY SOONER. Most places will let me know within 10 minutes if they cannot fulfill my order. It's courtesy and good business.

I'm a Philly transplant in NC for 15 years and always in search of a good cheesesteak. I can say that this one is pretty good. Pardon keeps to the classic recipe which was a signal to me to try. Contrary to other reviews, my sandwich is a great ratio of meat and roll. I was optimistic to see some grease and cheese coming through the paper - as it should be. Downsides are the price and I found it to be a bit too salty, taking away from the overall taste experience. All in all, pretty good if you want something that resembles home a little bit. At least have a chuckle when folks complain about the whiz. Because WE know that's how it's done. :-) I look forward to trying it fresh at some point versus Door Dash. I think most of us know that the authenticity will always be when we get them at home, but this serves as a fine southern replacement.

I dont know how they are getting away with a scoop of meat in the middle of a 12 inch sandwich and a crap load of canned cheese. This has to be the worst sandwich and cheesesteak I've ever bought. Words can't express how disappointed I am with this purchase. I already know they won't try to make it right.
This was supposed to be a footlong chipotle chicken cheesesteak with mushrooms. The meat is barely enough for a 6-inch and is all congregated in the middle, leaving 3" of bread on each end. This is absolutely unacceptable considering my first order less than a month ago was great. I will not be ordering a third time.
