I remember back in the days, Pizza Hut use to be the place to go growing up. The workers use to make your pizza with love. Ordered the Meat Lovers Pizza. This is beyond portion control. Their is not a meat lovers Pizza. Highly disappointed especially with the outrageous price they are asking for.
I pulled up to the location and went to the drive through as the lobby was closed before 6PM. A car was in front of me and seemed they were there for a while. Eventually they pull up and park at the csr’s request. I pull up to the window and give the csr the order name and she goes to get it and comes back with a hesitant look on her face. She tells me no one has made the order yet. Mind you I’m one of two customers there. She tells me it will be 15 minutes, apologized profusely and asks me to loop around. I did. More people show up and the CSR was really awesome giving people the bad news that no one inside wanted to actually make the orders choosing instead to play around. This young lady should be the manager. The manager should have been talking to these customers who, undoubtedly, gave the CSR a hard time. She should have been apologizing for the poor management of the restaurant but the manager hid in the back while an employee in her teens, at the most 20, handled everything: This did not seem like an unusual occurrence here. I did eventually get the pizza… the manager let it sit there until the CSR returned from apologizing to a disgruntled customer.

I appreciate with the manager there for me. I was short some money and I ordered two personal pan pizzas and she decided to add the Cinnabon’s onto my order and told me to have a good Thanksgiving and a merry Christmas and I just really appreciate it.

Was originally delivered wrong order after a long wait time then got the right order u myself and the driver could tell it had been picked over she told me call the store I was placed on hold 15 minutes to get hung up on twice with no one returning bk to the phone to resolve my issue with my food and service this was a horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend ordering for dinner or at all the way I was handled.

Our pizza was prepared as ordered and very tasty. We could actually taste the flavors in each ingredient. We also loved being able to utilized the drive-thru window to pick up our order. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We will definitely return!

71 street Pizza Hut New York style is with out question the Best tasting pizza in Fayetteville, North Carolina.They also have the best customer service out of any Pizza Hut in Fayetteville. They’re punctual the pizza was extremely hot upon pick up,the young lady that waited on me, name was Serenity, she was polite with a great attitude and service with a smile. I will always buy my pizza from 71st St., Pizza Hut when I’m in town.
