HUGE mistake by stopping here! First of all the outside of the building looks abandoned and the inside leaves a lot to be desired. No one seems to know exactly what’s going on and I waited 30 minutes for my all-white Family meal that still wasn’t correct! The young lady who took the order had NO clue, the one filling the order had NO clue and the manager was clearly frustrated with all of them! My food was just thrown in the bag; zero quality control! The food was disgusting, chicken burnt and found a whole roach in the mashed potatoes!! Employees smelled strongly of Marijuana as they entered the building during shift change. I will never eat here again!! The manager offered a replacement.....nope I want my money back and never return ?

Placed order on the app and waited for over an hour for my food. Refund was refused, food was cold and they refused to remake it. Wasted more than just my money. I think it sat in the counter almost the entire time and they told me it was somebody else's. Worst experience I've ever had.
