Be careful what you sign. They will try to trick you into long term contracts with no out clause unless you want to pay over six months worth of membership fees. Nobody is in charge of their membership contracts and nobody will take responsibility for them. If you sign with them know what you're getting into first.

Great gym, extremely efficient, and has perfect equipment. The management and staff are super helpful. I'm staying at a hotel that has an agreement with this gym, and the manager helped me get my after hours pass within minutes, by phone. So accommodating.

My daughter and her husband joined this gym and opted for the personal training package. They liked the gym but once she got deployed, they had to cancel. She was allowed to place her membership and training on hold and, ultimately, unfreeze the account and provide the required notice to cancel. I found both the manager at the gym and the representative at Peak Payment Services to be professional and helpful while assisting me in making this transition for them.

My FAVORITE GYM!! Ft Bragg Road site is convenient, clean, annually brings in new equipment (sometimes adding, sometimes replacing) and the people are just Terrific! I find it a solid fact that people reflect how you treat them in how they respond to you. I am in the place 3- 4 times every week; crowds come and go with time of day and folks are always present. Regardless, whether you are talking about staff or members everyone is polite and usually friendly (ex. are you using this equipment? May I share with you? Glad to share or not done yet, can I let you know when I'm finished?). If you're in a hurry, you want to be aware that trying to focus on just a few machines or free weight stations you could be slowed down around 5pm. This site has a solid offering of different types of machines, free weight exercises, trainer options, nutrition foods & products, as well as some classes. In the last 30 days they added a ab crunch machine, new curl machine and press station, all good stuff!

I was lied to repeatedly when I was there signing up, told I could cancel anytime, y'all know the military life you don't know when you need to be able to cancel your subscription, well short story I got the member ship, was charged up the butt with fees every month, tried to cancel it cuz I had a training event coming up and ended getting charged for about 6 months before they let me cancel it, I had to Buy out of the contract just to save some money. But yah don't trust them on what they say when you try to get a membership they trap you into a contract.

Whatever you do... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS GYM. They trap you in a contract and make it extremely difficult for you to end it. They bill through a company called Peak Solutions and they are the absolute worst. I moved to California on orders and they chose not to accept my orders, proof of car insurance, California ID, and many other documents that stated I moved. I am still fighting them to cancel my membership. I had to go as far as contacting my bank to block them from billing me. Save yourself and go anywhere else.

IDO NOT JOIN! Scott is the GM and Annakay who does billing are liars and crooks. Don't join unless you plan on never moving away because they will keep billing you and Annakay screens all Scott's calls so you because he doesn't want to talk to you. I was a member here for a year or so with my wife and she retired from the military after 20 years of service. We moved out of state because I got a job I couldn't turn down. I have Scott my offer letter with the company address on it does the location I would be working. I explained that it was effective immediately and we were moving and We had not place to live in the new state. We would be in a hotel until we found a house we wanted to buy. He said we were all squared away and I knows we would be paying 2 months after I gave him the letter. That's the policy. Well, they kept billing us. I called and called and Annakay was rude and Scott never returned my calls. Then they sent me to collections. Today I paid $300 for a membership they would I not cancel because I didn't have a utility bill in my name where I had moved. Keep in mind I was in a hotel for 6 months before finding a house. You don't get utility bills in your name at a hotel. Scott knew about all this before I left and nothing was done. Do not join at any of the locations. I can bot stress that enough. We moved 10 hrs from the closest of their locations and they would not let me break the contract after I was given Scott's word and Annakay basically told me I couldn't talk to him and "tough luck". I would call the BBB on them but it's just better to wipe my hands of the place and move on. They need my money. The place is pretty run down and dirty and the bathrooms are always out of order and smell like sewage. It's kind of a dump but it was open 24 hrs and close to my house. I would never join any of their facilities again. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Do not sign up for or attend this gym. The general manner Cruz of Gillis Hill is very unprofessional when handling customer relations. I have been attempting to cancel a gym membership since August to no avail despite calling every month and being assured that my membership was canceled and no further charges will be made to my bank account. On November 12, 2021 I called yet again and spoke with Cruz who was very demeaning, disrespectful, antagonistic and patronizing throughout the entire call. Needless to say it ended with him accusing me repeatedly of yelling though my volume never changed throughout the entire conversation. This was purely an attempt by Cruz to manipulate the situation. I do have to say that he is definitely a true salesman to the core, with zero ethics or values at that. End result is that I have now contacted my bank and spotted all further charges from Fit4Life, disputed the 4 months worth of charges they have taken, filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and now providing word of mouth advertising on their poor business practices.
If you have a vision of yourself more fit, more in shape this is the place to be it is great and the trainers and workers are superior aalways courteous. Love this place
