The food was good. I would suggest if they deliver food in the basket they put parchment paper so that the food doesn't poke through the basket. Other than that health issue everything else was great!

We had the pork bun, pork dumplings, Beef miso ramen (option C with beef), the Wafu shoyu (option A with chicken), & the kara-age rice bowl (fried chicken).The ramen noodles were thick and good portions. Soup was delicious without being too salty or crowded by ingredients. Chicken was perfect but when we ate it for leftovers a few hours later, the texture was weird lol, nbd. Can't wait to come back, this will be a family staple moving forward.

Food is very good considering we are thousand miles away from japan.Gyoza is very authentic, use proper gyoza skin and cooked properly panfried rather vs deep fried with eggroll skinThe paitan ramen is a must! Very rich soup base, go for pork charsiu as it is perfectly cooked. Noodles have the right amount of chewiness as they make ramen inhouse! (Have a room just for making the ramens)The shio ramen is also good in its own way. For me its a light broth which im sure my daughter will love it!Service is good as food came at fast and server was very patient answering my questionAmbiancr is very typical american japanese setup. I come here a lot and today was the first time I ever had a bad review . When I walked in it wasn’t the usual people there and they were younger and wanted to just play around at work. I asked for my usual which is shio ramen and I was told the did not have ramen (it’s literally the name on your restaurant) I tried to order the kara- age for my appetizer but because she was so focused on playing around she brought me the whole kara age meal smh I just told them to cancel the order I over paid $4 for a sweet tea and left. I really like this place but today left a bad taste in my mouth

Absolutely delicious, fast food, good service. It's a little annoying egg and bean sprouts are add-ons and not standard but the flavor made up for it.

We were heading to Washington DC and stopped for lunch, I googled it but no high hope since we were in Japan for 7 years before. When we arrived, we saw chef wasn’t a Asian(stereo type :) lol), so bummer. Once we ordered and received ramens. They were good. They were like the one we used to eat in local in Japan. Wow we definitely enjoyed.
