I went in the morning, and there was no line. I had to tell the boy my order for a single item four times. I ordered a Blast and got a cup of ice cream with a little topping sprinked on it. Disappointing.

The drive through always takes a long time. The the last time I went there they gave me a flat fountain drink no carbonation. The time before that they gave me diet Coke instead of regular Coke. I love the food but the service is not so good

I got food poisoning from this establishment last night. My slushee tasted like water and some sort of chemical and by the time i threw my slushee away. I was already feeling the effects of this. It started off at stomach cramps then I rushed to the bathroom. Took some pepto to alleviate the symptoms and promptly around 3:30AM, I threw up 7 times then threw up another 8 times around 8AM. I called the establishment and was told the slushee machine had not been cleaned since Sunday. Horrible experience, my friend who had a slushee as well started feeling stomach pain but quickly discarded the slushee. Another friend of mine who told me she had sonic too is also feeling sick.

I've been ordering breakfast here about every other Friday for over a year. The food is good but my burrito has gotten very sloppily made lately. I've tried to mix it up with the sides and, for the most part, everything is good except for their onion rings. They are just OK nothing to brag about. I really enjoy their chili cheese fries. I would eat their chili by the cup or bowl if they would sell it that way.

Best hamburgers ever, and the service is very friendly.
In this updated review I must say how disappointed I am at the degradation of the service at this establishment we were to receive change that was not properly counted out so we got less changed then we were expecting as well as multiple menus that were specialty items on the menu weren't available but they were still posted it was really frustrating trying to decide on flavors when everything they told me was no longer available

Got shorted on my Large tater tots and was given a sorry excuse for a burrito, I ordered an ultimate meat and cheese which is usually a decent size but when I got it, it looked like it was smaller than one of those dollar breakfast

I just left this location and all I ordered was 2 Route 44 Sweet Teas with no ice in the app. I checked in at stall 1 and I watched my order on the screen and when it said coming out after sitting for 10+ minutes after that with only a car in stall 4 and 1 across on the other side a silver car pulls up and the sonic worker was like "Whats up" and the person said they was just getting drinks and tells the person to tell them he had them and that person got their drinks right away and I had been sitting there all that time waiting when I had ordered mine in the app and it had said my drinks were on the way so I got out my truck and walked up there to go get my drinks and they were just sitting there on the top counter. That didn't make no sense at all. Y'all staff need to get it together cause this ain't the first time that the screen said my drinks were on the way and I have sat there so long to I finally got out and went and got my drinks

It’s the sarcastic attitudes that I just can’t deal with. And charging a dollar for 2 cherries is just crazy. Meanwhile Sonic on Hope mills rd only charges.25 cent.UPDATE: I went right over to the sonic on Hope Mills Rd and of course received better service. I always tip them because there’s no drive thru and they have to literally bring it to the car and they do it with pleasure every time…. The way customer service should be.

The app wouldn't work for this location. Tried the drive thru and the person asked for our order and we started to order and was told to hold they would get back to us and we waited about 5 minutes and then was flagged to move up to the window and was asked if we had ordered some item. When we responded that we hadn't ordered yet and was trying to explain the lady said to someone they hadn't ordered and slammed the window shut. We proceeded to leave at that point. Probably won't go back to that location.
