Honestly, why would you tell a customer that the mobile app and the location aren't connected, that the store and the app are completely different? You received the order, and also made it, but we never received the delivery order due to possibly a receipt error. You don't even want to give a refund or remake the order! I'm completely disappointed in this location.

I went inside around 10 pm Wednesday 03/13/24 and was NEVER greeted. The lady looked me in my face and continued doing drive-thru orders. I tried saying excuse me, do you need me to go through the drive? And she ignored me because she was making the food, and I was pretty loud. I can understand if it was busy, but the frontline wasn’t a priority, and if that was the case, why was the lobby open? I get entirely she was trying to get the drive-thru out of the way, but if she would at least said, “Hi, give me a moment,” I would have understood, but luckily a gentleman came from break and he was able to help me “he wasn’t even the cashier” so thank you to help for considering my time

Went through the drive thru this evening and they were so friendly and kind. Awesome because sometimes in this day and age good customer service is hard to come by. Potatoes were stale very sad but quesadilla is always good.

This brand spanking new Taco Bell offers the new order touch machines, a beautifully renovated indoor and outdoor seating arrangement, and the classic Taco Bell flavors we all know and love. Staff was immediately helpful, bathrooms were clean, food was delicious and this is my favorite Taco Bell dining experience.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly! Plenty of options and a nice, safe place. Bathrooms are also individual so you have privacy for your family

The girl at the drive through with locks and red tips is EXTREMELY unprofessional and management should reconsider hiring her. The level of unprofessionalism is astounding.

Ordered one meal for dine in, took 30 minutes to get half of it. Lobby was empty and almost no drive-thru traffic.If you have 30 minutes to wait on 2 tacos then it is the place for you; it would have faster to walk to the store, biy the food and equipment, take it home, set it up, and cooked the same thing....
Food very trouble and or customer service nothing but a lot young teenagers work there so company save money bad place to eat at very bad food taste
