I visited the Jack Britt located on 3/18 around 830pm. First, I when Iwalked in there was a male employee in the pick up area and a female employee on the other end of the corner. No one acknowledge me when I walked into the store. They actually both looked at me and turned around and proceeded to do what they were doing. I stood at the register waiting for the someone to speak and take my order. The male employee who stated his name was Sean then turns around and just looks at me. I asked him how he was doing and said "no one has said anything to me y'all must be tired" he replied yeah we're tired. I preceeded to order a Acai bowl and he told me their food section closes at 830pm. At this time, it's probably about 8:35 PM I advised Sean that I had drove about twenty minutes to get there and he said yeah that "sucks". I am absolutely appalled with the lack of customer service in this location. I asked for manager information. He just looked at me. I had to repeat it twice before he told me the manager's name which was Jamie. I asked for a phone number to call her. Sean told me that he could not give me that information. He said he could not give me her number. I said I'm not asking for a personal number. But I was asking for the number to the store. Then he looked it up on his phone and gave me the number to the store.I was totally confused they could only make smooties after 830pm which requires them to use fruit to make but could not make an acai bowl which only requires them to add the fruit to the top of the bowl.DOES CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN EXIST ANYMORE?? THIS LOCATION NEEDS A CLASS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

If I could give them 0 starts I would, I love tropical smoothie cafe, is not the franchise is the employees. Rude customer service, rude. If you hate your job please don't make my day miserable this acai bowls are over $11 dollars with tax and I order two is not hard to fill a request. I called and said I just placed an order to puckup.2 Acai bowls but I would like the granola and coconut on the side, this lady was rude on the phone and rude when I walked in the store to pick up. Please hire better people because I won't be waisting no money on subpar customer service.

I am a regular customer at this store and was disappointed in the way the General manager called Jaime handled my order.The lady on that shift took my order incorrectly and it was not restated back to me for confirmation. Jaime made the order and said " here is your Turkey Bacon sandwich" I informed her that that's not my order and she grabbed the bag from my hand and toss it to the floor in anger then proceeded to remake my food.In trying to resolve the matter I tried to talk to her about the situation and she ignored me.This monster should not be handling food.Shes rude , uncaring and delivers the worst service.I have never been to a restaurant and seen such behaviour.What kind of example is she setting for her staff.I deliberately ignore the morning to afternoon shift because of this disgusting, disrespectful beast.My advice to those visiting this store is to go during the evening shift.The staff members make my experience worthwhile and these young people go out of the way to smile and deliver great service. JAIME OR WHATEVER YOUR NAME IS YOU ARE A DISGRACE TO THAT STORE!! I even bumped into another guest today and she also had similar experiences with your dirty attitude.

This place has bugs. It is very unsanitary for a place that serves food to have roaches on the countertop. When brought to their attention, it seems management doesn’t care bc she shrugged and was mentioning to 2 others that she was only there a couple more months anyway. If the business itself responded here, it’d definitely be for show because they obviously don’t care enough to fix the problem.l? gross, and whoever hired the short white girl that’s management, her attitude is a direct reflection of you.

The front line employees here are beyond rude! Rolling their eyes because we weren't ready and when I stepped up to the register and said "hey!" the cashier said "what." I turned and walked out, I won't give my business to such unprofessional, especially at $7/smoothie!

The kiwi quencher, is my absolute favorite! The staff staff at this location was top tier. I walked in and had my order ready under 5 mins. Definitely going again.

Customer service is so disrespectful it’s unbelievable. All i wanted was the acai berry boost in kid cups for my twins. The kid versions doesnt have acai berry when pre ordering on the app, so all i wanted was a couple of kids cups for the smoothie the kids like. The woman came at me mad disrespectful because the cups arent free. I just paid 40$ for three drinks i didnt think two empty cups and straws would be a problem. I told her i can pay for the cups but she kept after me. So i left. Skibo customer service is so much better. This wasn’t necessary at all. I will submit this complaint higher up especially seeing multiple complaints on disrespectful staff.****update!I emailed the store on May 2nd. And they never replied. Their response on here is just for show, and seeing the most recent reviews, they do not care about the mounting number of complaints about rude customer service.

Roach crawling around on the cash register in front of us. Let the guy know he just shrugged his shoulders and didn’t even respond. I get food places have things, but if a customer points it out at least address the situation. Guy behind the counter acted like he had attitude when we walked in to begin with.
