This is the worst tropical smoothie in the area. Go to Owen dr and save yourself the headache. These ppl close the store before they're supposed to on numerous occasions. Store closes at 9 they stop answering calls at 8 and I have been here at the location for 15 mins prior to and they have doors locked fully staffed and they're all just looking at me like I'm crazy for attempting to patronize the business. It's sad this is the only one on my side of town. I used to get really good service here now its absolutely trash. I've spent time and gad to come here and spend my money just to be met with locked doors cause the kids they hired don't have any work ethic and doesn't wanna work. Very upset. I look forward to these smoothies. Guess I'll be going to Owen dr which means less business for then or I'll have to go back to smoothie King smh

Hands-down the worst place ever food taste like it’s frozen the quesadillas are screaming help me..if you want the best food and smoothies ever look up simple smoothies on DoorDashThey are the best out there they may be homebased but they give you the best customer service ever and make sure the order tastes amazing .And also their quesadillas are filled with chicken and cheese

The employees were not very kind. They called out a chicken bacon wrap for me despite me ordering the quesadilla. Thankfully they fixed it but when I got my quesadilla, theres barley any cheese. I've been coming to Tropical Smoothie for a couple years now and never had an experience like this, just downright disappointing

Ordered online for delivery. Half the order was missing. I called them 18 times and DoorDash called 4 times. Still no contact and had no way to get my money back or redelivered because it was through tropical smoothie themselves.

I would leave 0 stars if I could , but we decided to grab a drink this morning walked in and there was 3 workers and we was the only customers, when we walked in we was not greeted or acknowledged we stood there for a few minutes being totally ignored so we decided to go to smoothie king instead were we was greeted as soon as we walked into the door , tropical smoothie needs to do better we usually go there every weekend now we will not be returning

Just wanted to shout out this Tropical Smoothie! It was exceptionally clean and the staff were really friendly. My smoothie was delicious!

Chedda Classic
Attempted to pick up a door dash order a few minutes after 8 pm. The door was locked and I showed one of the workers the order on my phone and as she walked toward the door the manager at the cash registers said something to her and she walked away. I was confused on if the order was still being made or not. After standing there longer another worker came and unlocked the door and verified the name on my order. The manger then yelled at him and said we are closed and that she threw away the order. She was very rude and the situation could have been handled in a more professional manner.
