There's no way to give it a negative zero, but if it were my goodness.This place never gets your order right. If the food was up to par maybe I could overlook it, but the food is way below par at best.I don't know who's doing the cooking, but when you overcook wings, which is boasted in the name itself, it's time to get a new cook.They've lost my business for good.I wouldn't recommend wasting your time at this family owned disaster.

I was there on Monday and found hair in my wife’s food. When I called and got the manager Alica on the line she was combative from the start and started to accuse me of putting the hair in the food. As I was trying to tell her that the employees should be wearing hair nets she hung up the phone on me. When I went back to the location just to inform her that she needs to work on her professionalism, she continued to argue and then proceeded not to give me the proper spelling of her name or the owner’s information. They have lost my business and I was going faithfully every chance I got but after this experience I am over this establishment.

If I could give it a 0, I would. Got home with my order and noticed a hair, called to inform the manager(not even to complain or get anything free). The manager(I believe her name was Alica) was extremely rude and dismissive, even going as far as claim that I put the hair in there. Then, she hung up the phone. I decided to go back to the restaurant to re-approach the situation, and again, Alica didn't want to hear it. You will not get my business again, and have been posted on multiple Fayetteville pages where a lot more people are saying tgey've had similar experiences with the same person...fire her before she gets you shut down.

Chicken chopped salad is absolutely amazing, wings were pretty decent, love love the ranch dressing. The house fried rice house....HORRIBLE! I gave 4 stars as I will continue to go back for the salad!!!!!!
Delivery order of lemon pepper, hot wings, egg rolls, hush puppies, and a kids meal with tenders.Everything was crispy, well seasoned, and really surprised us with how flavorful it was. What was supposed to be a lazy, forgettable meal order on a busy night will make us regular customers.

The cashier need to learn how to prioritize things and get a hold on her snappy attitude. My food was ready but she continued to wait on customers coming into the restaurant. When I inquired about my food (order) she snapped stating, “I don’t know”. I will not be buying anything from there no time soon.

mancini's new york deli & pizzeria is one of the most unprofessional places in Fayetteville. The lady who claims to be the manager when I was there is a terrible person, She was extremely rude when I told her how my pizza was given to me. She told me it's a fast food pizza place so I can't expect much. I asked for the manager and she told me she was the "queen bitch in this joint". She told me she wasn't the one that made it so she won't do anything about it. We ordered cheese cake and they were out. I asked why it wasn't taken off the online menu and she told me she was told not to remove it so they won't lose money, she said they can replace it with a brownie or take it up with door dash. I didn't even order with door dash and I didn't want a brownie. I was given a pick up time of 7:17 to 7:32 and she told me she had 7:45 and again rude af. She can't be the owner but I will find out who is and make sure this is handled correctly. I'm done with this place.

The customer service is horrible I told the girl at the counter nothing but meat and cheese on a sandwich it had mayo on it then another lady came and said she can’t make me another one after she messed up then racially profiled me then I wake up this morning check my bank account instead of the $34 I paid it’s now $39 so they forged a 5 dollar tip this place is horrible worst dine I experience and they have roach canbehind the counter ??
I love coming here they make me feel like family plus the food is wonderful and they make sure it's right before you leave.
