The trainer, Barbie, is extremely racist towards Latino Americans and when you finally call her out. She blows up like a toddler having a fit. She gets away with threatening people and being racist. The training they put you through is a sack of lies. They also "promise" you that the Togo fees that they charge customers goes on your paycheck. Have not seen a penny of those to go fees. In addition, when you bring this to Everon's attention, he just says he'll "handle it." I am missing almost $400. Just a fair warning there are cockroaches everywhere. In the ice machine, in the ice coolers, in the drink machine, in the tea dispenser, and fall from the ceiling into the food.

Honestly. Our waitress was pretty nice overall. The cook however was extremely rude and racist. Before ordering, while waiting for our food and even eating she persisted and continued to make extremely offensive, unprovoked racist and rude comments. She even quiped rude statement like what the hell are we doing here, are they even going to eat this "These damn white people". All because I asked if I would be getting my 4 over easy eggs instead of the 2 that were brought to our table. Sadly this cook didn't realize that we love going above and beyond tipping the entire staff and making people say when we go out. We understand times are hard for everyone with the current Bidenomics and love to try and ease that even if only for a day. Unfortunately this cook made ignorant, incessant rude comments consistently the ENTIRE time we were present. It never stopped and not only discouraged us from returning but reunited our appetite. It's sad because she was rude from the first moment or interaction where we said hello Good morning with a smile and my girlfriend proceeded to comment her stating you're so beautiful and I wanted you to know you have natural beauty. She proceed to shake her head, roll her eyes and mumble insults under her breath. As stated this kind of rude disgusting behavior persisted the entire time. We never replied, provoked or encouraged the behavior and it's extremely sad. We're very understanding and can understand having a bad day. However this wasn't just a bad day. This cook was beyond rude. Beyond disrespectful and clearly hated her job. I hope that she quits/loses her job and finds somewhere else she is appreciated and appreciates more. If she acts this way day to day interacting with customers she has no business in any customer facing/serving capacity. This waffle house will surely lose business if they continue to employ such a rude, racist distasteful woman. At a minimum they have certainly lost our business. As we plan to NEVER return. Once again we're very nice, respectful people. The type to clean their table, wipe it down, stack plates orderly/neatly.

I mean come on, it's Waffle House! The food is always good, the staff is always kind but super busy (I would go home in tears every day with how non stop that place is), and the atmosphere is always great.
It's 30° outside and they have the ac on !!!! What the hell !!!! Everyone is complaining about it too ???

Me and my family (3 of us) visit this location from time to time never have any issues but yesterday was just terrible,the waitress we had she never put our food in looks like until after 30 minutes of us sitting there then she brought out my food a waffle,hash browns,two things of grits she took another 15-20 minutes standing by the waffle makers looks like doing to-go orders said my son’s and husband’s waffles were coming they never came then she whispered to the guy cooking the bacon if she could get the bacon he had just cooked,I watched him cook at least 5 orders of bacon before she got ours to us…still no waffles then we watched her serve another table..they got their food,ate and left still no waffles we have never had a bad experience at this location but I really wanted to curse her out but my son and my husband never got their food so I just paid for my food and left we will no longer patronize this location again..that was really messed up on the waitresses part she needs better training or something

I had asked to have added chilli they were out and shipment didn't come in only thing that disappointed me.Went to ladies room very clean yet low on toilet paper and it was 12:30pm. I thought there'd be people picking up lunch orders. There wasn'tThis was on Ramsey Rd. Near Big Lots.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp

Service was slow! Watch my brother eat his food while I waited for my full order. They served me half of my order, so that half got cold while waiting for the other part of my order. Then the other half came out, and it was cold as well. No remedy was offered! I was just SOL. I'm not going back there again.
