Understaffed, long line of cars. Waited for a long time and finally asked if anyone was still there. Many cars left. Got my food and items are missing. No crackers or a spoon for the chili. Chili and baked potato were both cold. This store used to be much better than this. Get some qualified help over there please.
Wendy's is a nice place when you are a rush for a fast lunch. And you want to get a delicious salad. They are always fresh and crispy. I actually lost 40 pounds in 40 days eating the apple salad. The employees were amazed to see how the pounds were dropping and I was stunned and excited and thrilled to have shed 40 pounds well, actually 38 in 40 days. And please don't worry. The store is just overall disgusting. The bathrooms had some sort of liquid all over it. No toilet tissue so im sure no one had used the bathroom within the past few hours of the store. The drink dispenser was absolutely disgusting and sticky. The counter for the straws, napkins, and drink lids were sticky. Shockingly the waiting area and lobby was clean.
