I really like Wendy's chili.I was in "the drive-thru" window line. The service was very slow and I was second in line! I finally placed my order, drove to window to pick up and pay for my order, there I received part of my order and was told to "pull up to the side door and the rest of my order would be brought out to me". This location has ruined the idea of fresh/fast/friendly service! The customer service is deplorable! The customer is immediately greeted with a very malcontented attitude, as if the sight of a customer walking through the door fills the employees with disgust. The load and abrasive conversion behind the counter can be heard by every child in the dining area. Weekend trip to library and Wendy's for a for frosty and fries. I tried the chocolate frosty cream cold brew. It was good.Kid-friendliness: Karen was nice to my granddaughter and patient.
