We were on a roadtrip and wanted to stop and grab something quick, as well as use the restroom. I used the mobile app to get a double cheeseburger and a six piece nugget deal (I think it was buy one, get one) and a McChicken. We put the order in minutes within arriving, used the restroom, and got our food within minutes. I ordered the double cheeseburger with no mustard and pickles, and it was made correctly, which I always appreciate. The McChicken and nuggets were good, as expected....read full review
We pulled up to the drive-thru and there were about 6 cats in line. We almost left, but, I'm glad we didn't. The line moved quickly and the food was the best McDonald's food we have ever eaten. Thanks to the crew there. Our food was fresh, hot and tasted very good.

I Order on the app 10 minutes before I get there, “press I’m already here” so I don’t have to wait, I get pulled up and have to wait over 15 minutes. so they’ve had the order for well over 20 minutes and only 3 cars in drive thru. employees don’t understand simple request like a STRAW, she had to get a manager to hand me a straw for my drink. really went down hill in the past year or so, there’a no way their holding up their drive times and customer service.
